The location is exceptional, otherwise, nothing much to choose or for. Most of the staff are friendly but you get an occasional rude youngster who hate their job. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the receptionist gaslighted me about hot water in the shower, which I didn’t have for 3 days. Brown stained towels should be disposed. I arrived at my room with paper towels floating, not flushed. Drilling and knocking were nonstop all day from 08:30 in the morning on a Saturday.

這間酒店服務非常不錯，即使我們早到，服務台也會熱心幫我們看看有沒有剩餘的房間，讓我們能早點入住，城市稅也事前已包括在酒店費用內，非常體貼。
房間不算少，浴室明亮且寬敞，加上牆上有梵高作品的花紋，令整間房間看起來非常開心！而且，每個房間都有一部capsule咖啡機，令身為咖啡控的我大大加分！
就酒店位置，它就近rikjsmuseum 及 Van Gogh museum, 門外又有電車，對旅客來説非常方便。

優點是位置：就在梵高博物館對面，街區也很安全。缺點是：沒有空調（壞了），沒有任何抱歉或賠禮，還跟辯論説不會熱！浴室花灑是破的，差點刮破皮。 總的來説，感覺他們沒有很強服務意識，價格偏貴。

We loved that it is so close to the museums and was steps away from the celebration in the area for the festive for the end of the year.
The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it for families.

The hotel is very close to so many things. It's a short walk from the bus stop from the airport and from the museums including the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. I got the extra small room which was intended for one person.
It was still spacious for me and my luggage, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet.
