Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. The grounds are amazing and the hotel website offers the perfect description “a quiet lemon grove tucked behind a historic villa”. Location is right in the center of everything Anacapri has to offer its visitors. We would definitely stay here if we ever got the chance to visit this paradise again.

This was my second stay at Casa Mariantonia in two years! The staff is so welcoming and the rooms are clean, and well decorated .Great amenities and bathrooms! Our room had a patio overlooking the lemon grove - absolutely stunning views. The hotel is also very well located to walk through the town and a short distance to the main port of Capri. The morning breakfast is included and has an incredible selection of food and beverages. This is a well priced hotel in Anacapri - I highly recommend it

This hotel is an absolute gem, nestled in a beautiful but serene part of Anacapri. The staff is exceptional, warm, inviting and welcoming. Our room was absolutely stunning and every part of our stay was pure magic. We will never forget his experience and cannot wait to return.

In my honest opinion this small boutique hotel in Anacapri is an extraordinary, fanastic place to stay. It checks all the boxes. It is very clean, modern, and visually beautiful. The staff is professional, friendly, and very accommodating. It just happens to exists in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Anacapri sits high above the main city of Capri. It is picturesque, more laid back than Capri town and has less hordes of day visitors. The upscale restaurant on the property is La Zagara, set in in a serene lemon grove. The food is exceptional, beautifully presented and worthy of the prices. The property is a family business; run by a daughter and two sons, they take pride in Casa Mariantonia, as they should, as it is well deserved. I highly recommend this piece in paradise.

This is a very special hotel. We stayed here a few years ago, visited when we were on a cruise in 2023, and again June 2024. It continues to be a favourite of ours. It feels like home when we are there. The customer service and friendliness of the staff are next level. The location is perfect- a nice stroll to Anacapri, with the bus and taxi station close to visit the Marina or Capri town. The staff literally take care of your every need during your stay. The breakfast is amazing. I love that they changed the location of breakfast based on customer feedback. We compared this breakfast to every other breakfast on the trip and it was superior (and so was the hotel). La Zagara continues to be a great restaurant. We had 7 ravioli caprese’s on our bill when we checked out (ha!). Amazing. Loved the pool as well. We stayed in a newly renovated room: junior suite room 202 which was perfect for the 3 of us. Specious with a separate bed for our 11 year old. We have been to Capri 5 times and since discovering this hotel, we will continue to go back. If you’re debating between hotels, trust me and just book this one!

From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff made us feel like cherished members of their own family. Every detail, from the personalized touches in our room to the thoughtful recommendations for local dining, demonstrated their genuine care and commitment to our comfort. Their kindness and dedication transformed our visit into an intimate and memorable experience that we will treasure for years to come. Great hotel & amazing service. Quiet hotel with a handful of rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. Prime location in anacapri and accessible to everything. The restaurant was excellent as well. Would 100% recommend ! !

From the time we arrived until the time we left the service we received from the staff was excellent. The breakfast that they served was one of the best we had and the lemon trees were unique and beautiful in their restaurant. They went out of their way to assure that everything was to our satisfaction. They arranged for transfers to restaurants and ferry’s The property was exceptionally clean as well as the the pool. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect as it’s right behind the Main Street however quiet at night.

This is an exceptional hotel. The location, in the centre of Anacapri on a car free road is superb. The views across the lemon trees and up to the mountain are exceptional. Breakfast and dinner is relaxed and of the highest quality. The rooms are not huge but are modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sadly a bit too chilly for the pool but looks lovely!
