The view is purely magical. The room was very beautiful & clean. We felt very well taken care of & the hosts of this fabulous villa were EXTREMELY kind & helpful in every way. Convenient bus stop right outside the front gate. Excellent breakfast, & great recommendations for dinners too! The pool was a must in the heat….PERFECT! Nanci & John July 2024

Get it before its gone . Stunning location caring staff sparkling clean all white interior. Breakfast is homemade delicious. The owners run the place and are available for any help. The bus & taxis are conveniently available right outside the villa. It’s a most unique experience. Highly recommend the beautiful property.

Beautiful hotel and gorgeous staff. Can’t fault this hotel at all. The breakfasts on the terrace each morning was divine and the helpfulness and recommendations of the staff were fantastic. The rooms were beautiful as well. If you want to get away from the crowds of capri this is a fantastic hotel.

It was like being home away from home. Cariño and his family were amazing. The place has amazing views, the breakfast was excellent.

A little piece of Eden in Italy. Il Carrubo is at once blissfully quiet, and an easy walk to restaurants, sights, hiking and shops. Special mentions to the gardens and the endless views beyond them (both are stunning), the attentive but light-touch service and the breakfasts (fresh, homemade and varied). It’s rare to find a place to stay that has thought of everything and executed each of those things perfectly, but still warmly welcomes you as though you’re their first guest.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed in around the world. The entire experience from booking all the way to departing was outstanding. Corino, Alice and Michele are the kindest owners and the hardest working hosts. Their genuine and personalized approach made our stay unforgettable. From choosing our preferred room to arranging boat/vespa/dinner reservations to taking us to/from the ferry to preparing the most delicious meals - it was all such a breezy experience and a real pleasure. The villa is so tastefully renovated and decorated, blending beautifully the original floors and furnishings with lots of natural light, bright and art pieces. The vast and lush gardens, panoramic pool, carob pergola all offer the perfect setting to relax and indulge in nature, blissful sunsets, and delicious breakfast and lunch. Enjoying limoncello spritz, home made local pasta and freshly baked daily cakes was so dreamy. Thank you, dear Corino, Alice and Michele. We look forward to coming back!

Carrubo was perfect. Corino was the best host, who would quickly answer any questions you asked on WhatsApp, ensuring everyone had the best holiday. The whole villa is special and the breakfast doesn’t get much better. Couldn’t rate this gem highly enough! 10/10
