Its a comfortable hotel in a great location, it also feels very safe. I just didn’t like the little stuff like the TV wasn’t a smart TV so i couldn’t cast nothing from my phone and the shower head was lose. Didn’t expect that for the price I paid. But other than that its a nice hotel. Would stay again if i get it for a lower price.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel. 1) There were big roaches in my room; one was crawling up the curtain, and another came into the room from underneath the door. We were only in the room for about 2 hours, right after spending the day at Disneyland, but that was more than enough for me. We checked out at midnight and when I explained the reason to the woman behind the counter, she didn't seem surprised at all! She apologized, said they would refund my money, and that was that. It's been almost a month and no refund. 2) The parking is too far from the hotel, and it's extremely small and cramped. 3) The lobby is way nicer than the rooms, which mistakenly leads you to believe that the place is just as great. My advice? Don't stay here!

Over all the stay was ok! It does need an update. Renovation would be nice. Hotel is in a perfect location. Rooms look old and worn out. Electrical outlets need to be replaced.

Check in was easy & the customer service was great. The parking lot is rather small & tight spaces. Our room was clean and looked nicely. The patio was a nice surprise because we had booked this room last minute and were just looking for a bed for the night. The mattress was firm and the pillows were very soft in density. We ended up doubling up the pillows because we favor more firm pillows. Loved the location, just a 15 minute walk from Disney. CVS, Walgreens and Garden Walk were just steps away. Overall we think this hotel was great.

It wasn’t horrible. I told friends that I would not go back again unless I absolutely had no other choice.
Check-in was a little bit long. They only have one person at any given time. Parking is very limited. If you don’t find a spot near the hotel, then you have to go to a structure in the back which is not far but when it’s raining, it feels far. We had issues with the AC unit. My family and I had three rooms. One room was hot/humid and the other two were cold. I was woken up by a loud buzzing sound at 2am one night. We heard it on the evening we checked in and reported it. We thought it was fixed, but it came back the next night. We tried this hotel, because it was walking distance to Disneyland. We all agreed that we learned our lesson and would be staying at our usual place.

I liked how clean the lobby smelled, and I wish the parking was a little bit better. Overall, I would stay again, because of how close it is o the Toy Story parking lot.

We had to change rooms twice. The first room they assigned us already had another family in it. The second room smelled like smoke and the trash hadn’t been taken out and there was hair in the sinks. I know this could have all just been bad luck in our party but it still was not a good experience. The room we finally ended up staying in was empty and clean. The beds were uncomfortably hard. It is very close to the Disneyland parking lot so we could just walk there and get on a bus. It is also about two blocks from Disneyland so you could also walk.

The front desk staff was friendly, the family suite was spacious and the cleaning staff was approachable and helpful. Our only complaint was several springs were missing on the sofa bed. Luckily we had kids sleeping on it so it wasn’t a huge deal. It would have been terribly uncomfortable had an adult needed to sleep on it. Please spend some money to get those sofa beds replaced.
