The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The shower did not drain after taking a shower. There is shampoo, but no conditioner in the shower. Very loud. The people above me walked around their room at 6:30 am and it sounded like they were stomping. Outside noise is loud too. Everyone walking by and the suitcases rolling by the door was very loud. Breakfast was okay. Parking was included. Good price for what we paid…not sure if I’d book here again though.

The hotel staff was friendly and checking in, even though we were early, was fast. The hotel was very clean, downstairs, next to the office. Me and my friend stayed for a Disneyland vacation. There's a shuttle down the street the hotel that goes into the Toy Story parking lot. My only complaints is that the outlets to charge cell phones weren't great. My phone never fully charged while I was there and had it plugged in, and we did see one homeless person sleeping on a bench, outside of the park. That's about it.

This property is very close to Disneyland which is why we stayed here and the breakfast is a legit breakfast which is helpful trying to fill up before a day at the park. The only complaint we had was we were on the second floor by the laundry room and it rained the night before and we heard all the dryers and clothes turning the next morning. Other then that everything else was with the money we spent to stay here.
