Personel jest miły i przyjazny. Cena była super tania, ale to nie był prezent, to było to, co był wart hotel. Jednak hotel ma również piękny basen, który nigdy nie jest odwiedzany przez duszę, nawet jeśli był jeszcze otwarty (były też trzy leżaki, z których dwa były w połowie zepsute). Jest to bardzo peryferyjny hotel (nawet jeśli autobusy przejeżdżają od czasu do czasu z boku), ale jeśli przyjedziesz samochodem w zamian, masz dobry bezpłatny parking z tyłu i pomimo peryferyjnego położenia w pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji i fajnych tawern. Jako klientom wydawało się, że jest więcej pracowników lokalnych firm niż turystów. Niestety wydaje mi się, że ten hotel jest w totalnym ruinie. Może kiedyś były 4 gwiazdki, teraz powiedziałbym nie, może ledwo osiąga 2 gwiazdki bo nawet jeśli to prawda, że pokoje są duże i z klimatyzacją to ma wiele (za dużo) rzeczy do przerobienia, niektóre nawet ważny. Aby wymienić tylko kilka np. klucz do otwierania drzwi wejściowych do pokoju wchodzi z trudem do zamka i jest zablokowany, co zauważyłem również u sąsiadów sąsiednich pokoi. Wtedy drzwi do łazienki były odrapane, brudne i zniszczone, a w łazience zawsze nie było zasłony w wannie (wanny, która miała być również używana pod prysznic) i wszystko zalane. Również brak sprzątania pokoju i zmiany ręczników w ciągu dni, w których mieszkaliśmy. Przynajmniej ręczniki trzeba powiedzieć, że potem sprawiliśmy, że przynieśli je specjalnie, ale musisz je o nie poprosić. Śniadanie było kiepskie (przyniesione do stołu, a nie w formie bufetu) i złej jakości, nawet z kawą, która wyglądała jak zimny bulion, tak bardzo, że od drugiego dnia zrobiliśmy to przed hotelem za opłatą, mimo że ją włączyliśmy. Wreszcie przy wymeldowaniu, aby opuścić personel recepcji był nieobecny (o 9 rano) i musieli czekać pół godziny, aby móc opuścić klucz do pokoju, mimo że wszystko zostało opłacone z góry. Nie sądzę, żebym wrócił do tego hotelu, chociaż faceci, którzy tam pracują, wydawali mi się dobrymi ludźmi.

服務態度很好，但是早飯比較單一。這個價格很值。老闆告訴我周圍有個**。我上去看了感覺非常豪華，以後我還會來的。

Will share my experience in English to cover most of people Firstly 4 stars is a joke . Dirty rooms , the aircon doesn’t blow any warm air in January, the bedsheets must be 20 years old. Had an unpleasant experience with the service. Came with 2 kids at midnight. The person at the reception couldn’t figure out in English my reference number , couldn’t find my name , but gave us room keys . The first room was filthy. We asked for a change. In the morning a lady from the reception came and we realised together that Ii booked another hotel 200 m down on this road. And asked us for a full price to be paid for the night. So unprofessionally to say at least , to let someone in without finding my booking in the system and after charged us for that. Not even offering half price discount as a solution. I have never experienced that before in my life. Could be a nice hotel but need a great amount of job to be done.

There are no words to describe the hotel. Basically needs a complete renovation. Run down building, bathrooms are in a terrible state, rooms are worse. I don't know how the mainstream booking apps still list the hotel as an option. Definitely not recommended, stay away.

No words to describe...very very bad..in every way. No service. we stayed 3 nights our rooms were never cleared. The room had so many wrongs..not even the curtains were straight broken and covered half the balcon door...breakfast was terrible...everything cold

I had a double room with my boyfriend and my mom had a seperate room with her friend. Our room was definitely not 4 stars as stated. When toilet was flushed it would leak onto to the floor. Ceiling was unfinished just wooden beams and a big hole above where they left it unfinished. From this you could hear the elevator moving up and down and clanging all the time as we were next to the lift and it located in that hole i’ll insert a photo of what i mean by hole. Also because of that the room next door when they used their bathroom we could hear it really clearly as if they were in our room. TV in the room but not working. Mini fridge also included which was working so that was good but in my moms room their mini fridge was warm. Air conditioning in the room was working and was great. In my moms room also when taking a shower the water would go down the drain and rise from another drain in the bathroom located across from the bath and flood the bathroom floor. The bed was a nice big size i would say a queen bed it was comfortable enough since we spent all day walking everyday but no mattress protector or anything under the sheets and we’re given a sheet as a duvet. Also they ask you to leave your key every time u leave the hotel i’m assuming so the room can be cleaned but we stayed for 5 days and it wasn’t cleaned once. Frequently water would turn off also and wouldn’t be able to shower but no explanation given or warning. Breakfast was okay just the basics hard boiled eggs, bread, ham and cheese and some yogurt and cereal selection there was also a coffee machine and orange juice

This is Definitely not a 4 star Hotel. The facilities are run down. Pool was dirty, full of leaves and un usable. Pool furniture was old and broken. It would have been nice to use pool during 35 degrees summer heat but we couldn't. Room was outdated and airconditioning had no remote to adjust temperature so we had to pull plug out of wall to switch off when going to bed. Mattress was old and dirty. Pillows were unssuportive and only one flat sheet supplied. No daily housekeeping and was told its every two days but it didnt happen even then. Hotel satff said you need to leave keys at reception so housekeeping is done every 2 days. Breakfast was also dissapounting as its not a full breakfast. Very basic cold breakfast some boiled eggs, bread but no toaster, slice of cheese, ham and no fruit.
