Super friendly staff, lots of options for children to have a great holiday (inside and outside play areas, kids club programs), very convenient stay without anything to worry about for the parents. Location and area is great

Very nice resort! I appreciate the kindness of the staff.. especially the wonderful mini club! I really liked as well the breakfast, snack and dinner. The swimming pool is so and so.. they could do it better maybe! The rest was perfect

For any family with any kid under 10 years, this is a perfect hotel with no worries and the best of service. Bigger kids will do perfectly as well, but there is a lot of traffic of small kids. Truly recommend!

The kids love the miniclub, we partens the free time:) and the fantastic dinner every evening. Breakfast also very good. Nice spa area and swimmingpool for the kids. In the pool you need a swimming cap.

The trip was last minute but we wish we had known about it sooner and allowed more time to booking a longer trip. All staff were very helpful and the location with facilities were great. A perfect family holiday with 2 children (5 and 1.5)

They have great play areas for children of any ages, great treatments and massage, the food is very good (taste and plating) compliments to the chef!!! The rooms are clean, tidy and cozy, they are paying attention to details, like putting a crib in room for our little baby (9 mts) and a little bathtub. The staff were very kind and responsive on your needs, I totally recommend this hotel for families with kids and for sure, we will come back ! Thank you for your interest to make us feel like we were at home!

Per noi è stata la prima volta ma la prima di una lungaggine serie. Ottima accoglienza. Personale super gentile. La spa una chicca!! L animazione top le ragazze sono super disponibili e divertenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente I nostri bimbi non vedono l'ora

È stata la nostra prima esperienza, siamo rimasti subito stupiti dall' accoglienza, albergo accogliente, tutti i servizi sono stati oltre le nostre aspettative, i ragazzi che ci hanno accolto sono stati simpatici e professionali, la spa è stata il top, l'animazione davvero da 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, grazie mille staff.

Abbiamo deciso di concederci qualche giorno di assoluto relax ...che dire tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative... Andalo" un paesino magico con i suoi monti e pesaggi mozzafiato, ci ha regalato giornate bellissime. La ciliegina sulla torta siste stati voi ...un grazie a tutto lo Staff dell Hotel Serena...una grande famiglia, un ottima accoglienza, piatti squisiti... . Per non parlare della SPA...abbiamo chiuso "il mondo fuori" :), mentre i nostri piccoli si divertivano spensierati con l'animazione.... Top! Quando si lavora con passione ...il successo è assicurato. A prestissimo!!!!
