The hotel islocated in an old abbey but the inside apartments are modern, comfortable and clean. The kitchen and supplies are perfect for a simple meal and breakfast to save money if on a budget. The bathroom was spacious for European standards and the bed very comfortable.

TRES BIEN POUR UNE PREMIERE DECOUVERTE d'ANGOULEME. L'accueil à l'arrivée et au départ était très bien. Nous sommes restés une nuit. Bon petit-jeuner ! Le bâtiment est assez atypique;-) Les chambres pourraient faire l'objet d'une future rénovation.

Very good place to stay. I arrived outside reception times and they had send codes to enter the flat. It was easy to use this and find the key for the studio. The studio was spacious and clean. I met staff at the check out. They were polite and friendly. The vheck out quick.

Le ménage au sol n'était pas fait car les sols étaient collants et il y avait un élément poisseux au niveau de la table. Les sols n'avaient pas été fait. DÉCEVANT. L'appartement est très bruyant à cause de la route et du manque d'isolation phonique des fenêtres.

Appartement grand, propre et calme Accueil très agréable dans un bâtiment reconvertie. Petit déjeuner simple mais avec du choix Emplacement proche de la gare (moins de 2 kilomètres à pieds) Idéal pour les séjours pour affaires à Angoulême

Belle surprise Le hall était vraiment beau et bien décoré , cet ancien monastère à gardé son âme. Hôtel très jolie, jeune fille à l’accueil très sympathique qui nous a bien conseillé pour le restaurant du soir. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité.

Insectes mort en bas des fenêtres, poussières epaisse sur les étagères du placard, zone collantes.
Signalements effectué le lendemain, le soir je m'aperçois que rien a été fait.
Au bout du séjour l'accueil souhaite m'offrir le café... à 90euros par nuit je ne m'attendais pas à cela...
