Muito bem atendido por todos os funcionários do hotel. A praia não é das melhores. As instalações e limpeza são muito boas. Um restaurante não estava disponível, porém não foi informado durante a reserva.

Foi ótimo viajar pela trip.com
Fiquei com um pouco de receio por a empresa não ser brasileira, mas confiei e deu tudo certo e com um preço ótimo.
O Vila Gale é maravilhoso, minhas meninas amaram e eu tbm. Meu esposo estava muito precisando de um momento desse. Graças a Deus está dando tudo certo.

Hotel com estrutura boa e ampla, porém sem diversidade de programações, principalmente a noite. A Recepção é diferenciada, excelentes.

Si vas a comer y beber es excelente, si vas a descansar no es un hotel recomendable, vas a ver pibes haciendo cualquiera, el 80% son padres que te agarran de niñera….vas a ver niños de seis años con sus padres en la sala de musculación la verdad lamentable…

Sujo, sem manutencai, comida horrivel, bebidas ee pessima qualidade, muita fila e falta de conforto.

Fiquei decepcionada com a alimentação. Faltou manteiga no café da manhã, faltava pratos limpos, faltou sachês de sal, faltou queijo fresco. A comida muito repetida, sem variação do cardapio.Faltava toalhas limpas na piscina. A piscina fecha às 18:00 , um absurdo! Já fui em outros vila Galé e esse foi o pior. Não limparam o quarto em um dia e eu havia deixado a placa pedindo que limpasse .
