It is a lovely hotel, impeccably clean, good bed. The staff is very friendly and works really hard. Head of the cleaning team is an angel. She goes above and beyond. We stayed for two nights and had dinner in the restaurant twice. Excellent! Breakfast was also great. It’s nice that many things are environmentally friendly and bio. This hotel is ideal for travellers with an electric car as there are several Tesla superchargers as well as other chargers on the parking lot. Near to Salzburg. When we are in the neighbourhood again we will definitely stay here.

We liked that even though it was outside of Salzburg, you could still get there pretty quick.
They also gave us some information on what to do in Salzburg.
We enjoyed our room and the facilities were pretty good.

This hotel is 700 years old of charm yet updated, but because of the historic value cannot have an elevator, but the stairs are fairly easy. The owner is very nice. There was a wedding the evening we stayed so the restaurant wasn't open. Once we closed the windows to turn in for the evening, we no longer heard the music. Nice quiet area. The breakfast was very good, If you have a Tesla, there's a tesla station right there.

Vi kom en søndag, og da var restauranten stengt kl. 19.30. De skal ha destination charger for Tesla, men kun ett uttak og det var opptatt. Det ligger heldigvis en Tesla supercharger rett ved siden av, og vi fikk ladet der. Sengen var for hard for meg

Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen und ist an sich schon Grund genug wieder zu kommen. Das Team ist zuvorkommend aber nie aufdringlich. Es ist als ob man sich schon lange kennen würde. Ich fühlte mich sofort wohl. Immer gerne wieder.

davvero pessimo, lo staff molto scortese, la camera per quattro persone era minuscula tanto che non c’era abbastanza spazio per aprire le valigie ed era rovinata e poco pulita, tanto che mi son uscite delle macchie rosse su un lato del viso a causa degli acari presenti nel cuscino probabilmente. inoltre non presenta l’ascensore e per questo abbiamo dovuto fare tre piani con le valigie, semplicemente un incubo.

Hotel bello, appena ristrutturato (il primo piano, il resto lo stanno mettendo a posto). Bagno molto bello. Camera molto piccola per essere una quadrupla, ci si muove a stento. Colazione ottima con tutti prodotti bio. Posizione comoda in posto tranquillo per visitare Salisburgo

Hotel en ontbijt fantastisch. Bed vreselijk lag plastic om matras oid daardoor kraken en zweten. Broeide erg.. Kamer heet en benauwd. Ontbijt geweldig heel erg uitgebreid en lekker. Hoge kwaliteit.

Wir waren zu einer Geburtstagsfeier eine Nacht im Kaiserhof. Es ist ein nettes Hotel mit leider recht wenigen Parkplätzen, da das Hotel sich für Elektromobilität in grossem Stil entschieden hat. Somit standen viele Teslas zum mieten herum. Das Personal ist nett und bemüht, beim Frühstück nicht sehr aufmerksam. Etwas befremdlich war auch, dass die Zimmermädchen bei unserer Abreise in einer Sitzecke auf dem Flur warteten und sich anscheinend auch Frühstück vom Büffet geholt hatten. Das Zimmer war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Anstatt des grossen Fernsehers und eines Dyson Föns hätte man aber besser ein Augenmerk auf die Matratzen haben sollen, die waren nämlich viel zu weich. Was auch nicht klar erkennbar war, ist, was hier "Bel Etage" heisst - diese Kategorie hatten wir nämlich gebucht, ob das aber wirklich die erste Etage war, wo wir ein Zimmer hatten... das weiß man nicht
