No one was there for me to check in the hotel and I was charged

I had a roach come out of my bedsheets when i pulled the blanket back didnt have bed bug covers and hair all in my bed

This was not a $200.00 a night hotel room. Not enough bath towels for 3 people (2 small ones). No one at the front desk the next morning to request more towels. Part of the bathroom ceiling was gone, no vent, just a hole where one should be. The room seemed to have peel and stick flooring that was bubbled up in the bathroom. Overspray on the bathroom floor. Very disappointing for $200.00

Walked in to DISGUSTING dirty floors ,missing light fixtures, and a NASTY mini fridge. I cleaned all the floors, tables, etc with hot water and soap upon arrival .

Everything about this motel was mediocre. Plus no cups or toiletries, bag for ice bucket, towels not hung up, trash behind side tables, etc, etc...
