Great hotel, lovely breakfast cannot understand peoples reviews sometimes ...it offers good value for money and quality accommodation for the price paid, if you pay double yes might be better but personally I thought the location was great and the 5 star hotels are not in such good locations for the old town ...will be going back soon

Excellent locations , lousy hotel I have to be honest, I think the hotel staff was overwhelmed. They are probably understaffed for the kind of property they have to manage . The management , should take full advantage of the location and lift their customer service. The manager Mr Norani, was super helpful. However I could see that despite of his best efforts , he just couldn’t make it. He was running around, again maybe under staffed. My few observations - difficult to locate , google maps does not recognize this property - too much time wasted at check in - rooms not ready ( unfortunately a fire took pics nearby - lousy internet - no cable (tv not working )
