I love this hotel, is very confortable and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the guests, the hotel facilities were clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable. I would return without a doubt.

We had a great time in this hotel. My kids had so much fun with the pool and entertainment. The food was EXCELLENT. I was very impressed by the quality ( please don't change the kitchen staff, they are really making good food). All drinks alcoholic and non were included. The staff was very very kind. They have a private car that takes you to Playa El Agua, where you can find umbrellas and beach chairs. The beach is amazing, very clean, long and warm. It is really beautiful and the sunsets on the beach are magic.

This is a 4 star hotel infrastructure it is pretty but that is about it, service is terrible electricity comes and goes there is no internet the ac doesn't work and it is 30m away from the city. Stay away from this hotel if you are used to basic services like water and electricity and you hate waking up on a sweat just go skip this one.

Exelente hotel, la atención es de maravilla, la comida igual la habitación muy cómoda, aire fuerte, comodidad en todo el translado muy funcional y amigable sigan así! Volvería a ir de nuevo,gracias por su amabilidad los recomiendo! 👍👍👍

Calidad superior , todo excelente , ninguna queja . Ampliamente recomendado , nos encantó la organización , limpieza , calidad y variedad de las comidas , especial mencion a su staff entre ellos Hilda ,José Miguel , Yorman . Volveremos !!!! Agradecidos por el detalle el día de mi cumpleaños 🎂

Es la mejor opción para descansar, relaj****, comer delicioso y disfrutar en la isla. La comida es variada y fresca, su restaurante estrategicamente colocado frente al aérea de la piscina te permite tener una excelente experiencia. La atención en todos los sentidos es excepcional, bar, piscina, playa, restaurante, todos son excelentes. La habitación es perfecta

Lo considero el mejor Hotel de la Isla de Margarita, muy buena atención y servicio , la comida muy variada , muy buenos tragos, ambiente musical y habitaciones amplias , siempre la pasamos muy buen por eso es nuestro hotel preferido en Margarita . Sus trabajadores se esmeran por dar una buena atención Recomendado.

La atención del personal es increíble. Siempre pendiente de los huéspedes y muy amables. José Rojas y Cruz Méndez destacaron mucho. El hotel impecable, la comida buena y las habitaciones muy limpias. También el servicio en la playa fue excelente.

Este Hotel es uno de los mejores de la Isla, Si deseas un todo incluido, esta es la opción. La atención de todo el personal es excelente, habitación super cómoda, con todo lo necesario, Comida variada, ambiente super agradable, el hilo musical con música nada bulliciosa. En el club de playa, el personal super pendiente y amable. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.
