Family room space and small eating area that overlooks the backyard. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Please be considerate as it is attached to my home. No smoking or vaping on premises. No burning candles or incense. Remove shoes will in the space at all times. Check in is between 3 and 9 pm. No check ins will be allowed after 10 pm. Check out is at 10 am. No pets/animals service or otherwise allowed due to severe allergies of homeowner. No long term stays. Our beautiful private 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom is a home away from home. It is minutes from campus, an easy commute downtown and close to hwy 36. Our space is ideal for a family or two couples.
