올인익스클루시브로 예약했는데 저녁은 코스요리 점심 아침은 뷔페식으로 누릴수잇어서 너무좋았고 놀이기구와 수영장 무료 라 너무좋았습니다.

Alors l’hôtel très bien, seul hic la réservation, j’ai réservé avec trip avec jacuzzi privé, et arrivé sur place à l’hôtel il avait pas de réservation avec jacuzzi mais chambre basique uniquement. J’ai vu la réservation a l’hôtel donc l’erreur viens de trip. Il m’ont remboursé que 293 euros alors que les chambres sans jacuzzi était au moins de 500 euros de moins.. Vraiment déçu, je ne pense pas re réservé sur trip. Mais l’hôtel était formidable!!

Day 6, first time in Crete as a 40plus couple. I was a little hesitant as thought only for young rich and beautiful, but the vibe is super chill and relaxed . The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much and the hotel is beautiful. We walked to the beach and the little villages locally, so quaint and pretty. The food is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. Our room was on the small side but beautiful view. Some cocktails are not made from scratch which is the only minor observation

We’ve just returned from a 5 night stay at Stella island and to be perfectly honest it was really disappointing!! Good bits - it’s aesthetically pleasing, very clean and the staff around the pool are really attentive. The shampoo/shower gel/conditioner in the rooms are really nice touches. Bad points - the food is very samey day in/night out, if you’re a fussy eater you may struggle! Drinks are really disappointing, they are very very slow at bringing them and when you go to the bar they tell you to go back to your seat. It’s not unusual to wait 30mims plus for a drink, I think this is because they don’t want merry people walking around the place. It’s in the middle of nowhere amongst derelict land and you really can’t walk anywhere to do anything. We got a taxi in to hersonissos to go for tea one evening €15 per way. If you like a change of scenery then this probably isn’t the best place for you. It’s right under a flight path which didn’t bother us but some people may find low flying aeroplanes every 15/20 mins during the day annoying. The constant selfie taking by people there does become rather annoying at times especially when your trying to relax and there on every walk way, leaning against every palm tree/wall/water fountain/sun bed there in the pools taking pics/videos. We stayed in a pool view room and it was very standard nothing special at all!! All in all it was a relaxing place but massively overpriced, £3k for a 5 night stay with hardly any drinks and rubbish food is ridiculous. Would I recommend this place…….. absolutely NOT Will we be returning ………. Absolutely NOT Would rather spend my money on other hotels we’ve visited that are far nicer and cheaper 👌

Me and the wife came here for my wifes suprise 40th birthday The hotel is amazing The food is out of this world The staff are first class We had a swim up room 327 Got the sun at around 12pm Such a nice place to relax and enjoy luxury If you want a great time away with your partner this is the place to come

This has to be the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms and the service were amazing. Staff made us feel so special. The hotel was relaxing and exactly what you need to recharge your batteries. Restaurants and food perfect and healthy compliments to the chef This hotel i would highly recommend

There is no denying the aesthetics of Stella Island are beautiful. It’s a place that oozes tranquility, and photo opportunities galore for the tik tok generation. However, there is something greatly lacking around the resort that is also undeniable. The quality of food and beverages they have on offer is no where near 5 star, and the whole resort is uncomfortably sedate. Dull even. The a**osphere in the lobby/bar is similar to a Doctors waiting room. This was more noticeable as there is no other indoor bar to escape to when the weather turns. Only one very small and silent pool bar. We certainly did come here for tranquility and relaxation, along with another couple; but we were met on several occasions with the feeling of being unable to even laugh at times. We aren’t a particularly loud group, but we noticed perhaps others felt the same and were also having to try hard not to disturb “the ambience”. Thus leading to a rather rigid and uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, there isn’t a main pool area, therefore you are constantly on top of someone’s private room. This is the only reason I could come up with as to why they rarely play any music around the hotel; and if you happen to catch a snippet of a song, it’s too low to even hear. The only place we found that made the experience a tad more enjoyable was Makuti. Luckily it was a short walk/swim from our room. The staff there are the best in the hotel. Really welcoming and attentive. Rania was marvellous every day and a joy to talk to. The all inclusive drinks still poor, but food and menu to a much better standard. The entertainment most nights was good (Anna is wonderful to watch) although 10pm is perhaps too late to start, when there is no where else to go with any actual sound. The spa was dismal. Aesthetically nice, but the staff are either miserable or incapable. After my trea**ent I fell over on a very slippery floor. I dropped the drink and tray of nibbles I was given and eventhough some staff members saw this happen they neither helped me or brought me a replacement for what had fallen on the floor. Whilst using the jacuzzi we were told to stop talking as “people were having trea**ents”. So again, the whole place is silent and no one dare even breathe loudly. It would help that the trea**ent rooms weren’t right next to the jacuzzi and perhaps had some background sound in them. I’ve never had a spa trea**ent where there isn’t some sort of classical music playing to relax to. Both couples have felt quite unwell with the quality of drinks and food. Me and my husband have suffered heartburn ever since we started eating and drinking here. To the point where on the last day we decided as a group not to eat/drink anything else in the hotel. We did however find a lovely restaurant a short walk out of the hotel on our last night called “Sirtaki”. Exceptional food and great service. I so wanted to go here, and it didn’t disappoint! It’s an amazing place, and will hopefully come back. Sometimes you see lovely pictures of a place and it doesn’t live up to expectations, this does! It looks just as good as the pictures. The food is amazing. Joanne in the guest relations team was the first person we met, she checked us in, talked us through all what we needed to know, and was absolutely lovely every time we passed reception she looked out for us, Anastasia was very helpful as was all the staff we came into contact with. A once in a lifetime experience, but will do everything to make it twice!
