The entire setting was superb, great location, atmospheric castle courtyard, balcony overlooking Bolzano away to the north on one side then on the other, internally over the courtyard and restaurant. Spacious apartments, extremely enthusiastic and helpful staff. The whole experience was a joy. We had booked for one night and wanted to stay another night but the hotel was fully booked for a wedding, I can totally understand why, it's a fantastic location. We took an evening meal in the restaurant, superb taste, high on quality rather than quantity, breakfast was everything we needed and great to set us on our way for the day. We will return.

Im Schloss Freudenstein fühlt man sofort die authentische Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Ein traumhafter Start in den Tag beginnt schon mit dem leckeren Frühstück mit selbstgemachten und regionalen Produkten. Ein Highlight ist die großartige Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick und der beheizte Pool. Besonders verzaubert hat uns auch das romantische Ambiente und die liebevolle Dekoration mit frische Blumen in wirklich jeder Ecke des Schlosses. Eine Auszeit zum Wohlfühlen, Ruhe & Kraft tanken und einfach nur genießen! Herzliche Grüße und vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Schloss, innen wurde Altes mit Moderne wunderbar kombiniert. Man schläft sehr gut, alles ist picobello sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht, egal ob an der Rezeption, beim Service oder im Restaurant. Das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal obwohl relativ „jung“ absolut professionell und versiert. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder!

Abends auf der Rückreise einer langen Wanderung, kamen wir zu viert ins Restaurant und fragten nach einem Tisch. Die Dame kuckte in unsere kleine Runde: nein alles ausgebucht…. kaum Zeit Luft zu holen rief sie uns nach… übrigens…die ganze Woche sind wir ausgebucht. Ja … wir auch! Die Dame hatte wohl Mühe mit unserem Wanderoutfit

Super Lokal und super Service! Obwohl es geheißen hat, dass kein Platz mehr sei, wurden mein Freund und ich von Manu herzlich empfangen. Wir haben sehr gut gespeist und danken Fynn für den super Service und die tolle Weinberatung. Ein super Erlebnis! Wir können dieses Lokal jeden weiterempfehlen.

Ein altes Schloss aus dem 13. Jahrhundert, von außen noch Original und innen purer Luxus. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, modern und toll eingerichtet, im Inneren spürt man noch die lange Geschichte und verläuft sich gerne in den verwinkelten Räumen. Der Service ist überaus ambitioniert und liebevoll, das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig, das Abendessen im Schlosseigenen Restaurant war absolute Spitzenklasse! Ein toller Ort um einfach mal abzuschalten oder auch Familienfeste zu feiern! Wir kommen sicher mal wieder!
