if ever i have to stay in Appomattox- or even Lynchburg- i choose APPOMATTOX INN & SUITES. Honestly, i have tried cheaper hotels in the area, and the INN & SUITES can't be beat.I have no complaints about anything, but a huge shoutout to the breakfast and the ladies who run it. They are truly the perfect way to start the day!

Have stayed at Appomattox Inn and Suites a few times before. Each stay has always been pleasant and the staff is always so friendly. I highly recommend this location.

With the exception of Farmville VA Rt.360/307/460 is a vast wasteland for lodging from the western Richmond suburbs to Lynchburg,VA. The Appomattox Inn is ideally located between these points and offers a wonderful lodging experience including a great breakfast.

Definitely not family friendly—has a bar at the front desk. Lots of people drinking in the lobby. Not in a nice area—run down with construction.

Very nice place but one thing that was the biggest problem was walks are very thin, doors close loudly. There was a lot of people up and down the halls, in and out their rooms around 11pm while my kids were asleep and me trying to fall asleep and it was just more noise then other hotels I’ve stayed at with high traffic. (Was as if our door was wide open). Wish breakfast started little earlier on the weekends like 6am.

Good hotel but does not have a real bathroom door. The bathroom has a door from a barn, good if you are a horse or cow.
