W miesiaci marzec 2023 przebywalismy w Hotelu City tower. Wspaniala obsługa hotelowa. Pokoje czyste, przestronne,ze wspanialum widokiem na Morze Czerwone .Sniadania w formir bufetu bardzo dobre. Obiadokolacje czyli dinner z ktorych korzystalismy przerosly nasze najsmirlsze oczekiwania. Codziennie inny zestaw dań podanych w niesamowity,fantazyjny zachecajacy do spożywania sposób. Zestawy warzyw i jarzyn nardzo urozmaicone i fantastycznie podane. Dania główne mieso, ryby, ryż, warzywa gotowane, zupy....tego nie mozna opisac. To trzeba przyjechac i posmakowac. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Czasem tylko w pózniejszej porze brak niektórych dań i nie sa uzupełniane. Desery gorsze niz inne dania. Obsługa miła, uczynna i mowiaca po angielsku (nawet ekipa sprzatajaca). Piękny widok z okna na zatokę. Wrazenia dobre

I had a wonderful stay at City Tower Hotel. Thanks to the excellent service and the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience Special thanks to Mr. Ayman Al-Btoush, the front office manager, for his professionalism and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

very good food and amazing staff , also amazing sea view with low price , with great service ... i would come here every time i would come to Aqaba. its just the place you would come to sleep.eat and go. perfect place to people who loves to travel .

Nice sea view rooms, with plenty of space and renovated bathroom. You can see the whole bay, from Taba, to Eilat, to downtown Aqaba. Beds were comfortable, and the buffet food was excellent, way better than expected. The best part of the hotel is the service, we had a few special requests that would have been denied at almost every other hotel, but we could arrange in City Tower. Special thanks to Fadi and Abdullah for going above and beyond!

Breathtaking Views: The highlight of my stay was definitely the view from my room. Lovely view of the Arab Revolt Square and sunset. I spent a good portion of my time just relaxing and taking it all in. Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping things tidy. Decent Food: The breakfast buffet and dinner offered a good variety of options and the food was fresh and tasty. I was served by a Filipino lady, Lisa during dinner, she was really friendly and attentive to my needs. She gave some good recommendations for places for exploring. Check in was also smooth, Faile and Saher made sure everything was in order.

My experience was over expectations , the place super clean and the breakfast rich with all the components you need , i would love to thanks all the staff members for their hospitality , and never forget the beautiful view and location as well .

I think it was the best choice to stay in this hotel during our vacation to Aqaba City ! The hotel have a 4 stars but after I have stayed in most of the 5 stars hotel in Aqaba this hotel was no less than 5 . Location is perfect "direct sea view". Rooms and facilities were more than clean ,as if it is your own home . The room service and the staff were perfect and polite and they give you extra speed service! "Man you don't get that in 5 stars hotels!". All in all this was not my first time staying in this hotel and sure it won't be the last . The price of the rooms equals 3 stars hotels while the service and location is a 5 stars .. what more can you ask for !

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet location. Very comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need, very clean too. The staff members are friendly, professional and very eager to help; special thanks to Zahra; very kind lady with a beautiful smile and she makes very delicious cappuccino too. Not my first stay and definitely not my last!
