Hotel maksimum 2 gwiazdki. Ogólne wrażenie lekkiego zaniedbania. Cześci wspólne stare , pokoje z licznymi usterkami. Jak coś ma dwa czy nawet cztery mocowania na sruby a jakoś tam wisi na jednej to tak sobie wisi. Dotyczy to np. suszarki, lusterka. klamki Pokoje a zwłaszcza łazienki wymagają gruntownego odświezenia. Ręczniki kiedyś białe obecnie szare. Jadłodajnia bo o restauracji trudno tu mówić, ponura, z niezbyt czystymi stołami. Jedzenie zimne, mały wybór. Personel nieuchwytny. Brakuje kubkow , łyzeczek, wody...a nie ma nikogo z obslugi, Opinia na podstawie 3nocy. Można traktować jako hotel niskobudzetowy i tylko tyle.

Nice hotel with a good staff It has a perfect lobby is nice decoration is perfect swimming pools is nice hotel there is many European people nice to met many nationality in a new place I recommend golden tulip aqaba

nice clean room . comfortable bed. friendly staff. room.was spacious . water pressure was amazing . close to alot of restaurants and ample parking on the street . swimming pool was clean and breakfast was adequate. its actually worth the price

Very warm welcome, all the staff took great care of us. I would like to thank the reception for all their attention and the housekeeping for the perfect cleanliness of the rooms as well as the lifeguard.

The staff is nice and helpful, they are quick in completing the reservations, the service is fast, the place is clean and beautiful, the pool is good and clean, cozy nice place to spend time in, special thanks to Ms. Safa Samhouri and the reception staff😊

Nice hotel. Super service and location . In the middle of Aqaba. Super kind personal. Can walk in the city and to the beach. Nice restaurants and shops around. Excellent personal, especially Mohamed and Abdurahman. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you for beautiful Holidays!

The hotel is in an excellent location Rooms are big and clean Breakfast is very rich in a wide variety of choices For every kind of need and necessity the staff is very kind, helpful and always available especially the staff from the dining room and the reception desk, like Laith who is very efficient at check in and did everything possible to organise our excursions around
