The room is spacious and clean, plus there is a huge swimming pool at the hotel

Very nice and clean staff are polite anc the breakfast is good. Room amenities are good enough nothing fancy we like it alot :)

Good hotel for the price.
Getting a bit outdated in the rooms .
Beautiful pool.
At first few people , last 2 weeks lots off tour busses. Breakfast overrun with to few staff present.

Old hotel but very clean. Refrigerator, faucets and showerhead need to be changed. Bed is comfy though.

Very nice hotel. Clean and good value. Swimming pool was very clean and nice. Wife forgot her hair dryer, they are sending it to her. Great service

A great place to stay in a very charming Thai city. Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. The only very minor negative is that Imperial is not a downtown place, but having in mind that the whole Phitsanulok is so spread around, this is really not something to consider. It was a wonderful experience being there - and when I come back, I will certainly look for the same place first.

Very old but clean, overall a pretty good stay but not the best value for price. Bed is not the most comfortable. Service is great.
