Hotel należy do rozwijającej się od niedawna sieci komfortowych hoteli "Piamonte". Tu przebudowano 100 -letni hotel Ribeira i zrobiono gruntowną renowację .Zachowana wspaniała lokalizacja w połączeniu z nowoczesnym wyposażeniem pokoi daje świetne efekty .Hotel położony jest przy starym moście nad rzeką Vez i posiada własny teren parkowy Pokoje jak dla mnie wyglądają trochę zbyt nowocześnie ale są na pewno funkcjonalne .Zapewniają komfortowy pobyt. i dobre spanie . Łazienka z toaletą zaspokoi potrzeby najbardziej wymagających .Śniadania w formie bogatego bufetu serwowane w przestronnej sali restauracyjnej są tutaj prawdziwą przyjemnością. Przy restauracji mieści się również taras gdzie można miło spędzić czas na świeżym powietrzu .Przy recepcji jest też barek i sporo miejsc na towarzyskie spotkania .Do dyspozycji gości jest także basen .

The good first: the hotel location is amazing, right next to the river, close to the centre of Arcos de Valdevez. The common areas are beautifully furnished, and the breakfast room has an amazing view to the river. Not a lot of variety, but good quality items for breakfast. Receptionists are young but pleasant, and gave us a free upgrade for river view, which is nice. The room is basic, but confortable. The bad: the bathroom cleaning could be better - the shower base has mould, same as the shower head, easily removed by easy cleaning. Booked this hotel because of the spa, and when we got there the swimming pool was cold, the jacuzzi water was dirty and the turkish bath had a bad smell. The receptionists explained that there had been flooding in the spa in the previous week, but they should have warned the guests that things were not funcioning properly and done a better job with the cleaning.

Beautiful, quaint hotel. The views are delicious. The beds are to die for. The adorable boutique touches were appreciated. The fifth star would’ve been if sufficiently staffed, someone attending reception 24/7 as promised, housekeeping actually cleaning rooms, laundry/sitter services as promised, etc. Staffing clearly lacking. Overall, very promising hotel.

The location is great. The view is just astonishing, rich in nature. The bedrooms have excellent conditions and top cleanliness. The included spa has a small pool but the ambience is great, if the hotel is not full it's a great experience to swim with a glimpse of the nature surrounding the hotel. The best for me in the spa was the sauna. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Hotel with amazing location. Staff always ready to help and very friendly. You feel as you are at home in family. The pool has good size and the temperature of the water it’s perfect. The rooms are very clean and big enough. Amazing experience we will repeat.

Great location right on top of the river, a beautiful converted old mansion into a hotel with well trained staff with impeccable manners, definitely a place to rest and enjoy the wonderful views. Amenities are spot on, WiFi works great specially in the lobby.

Great view and nice staff. Enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna, as well as a friendly neighbor cat who showed up for breakfast. The shower gel dispenser was not working and the hair dryer should be upgraded. Also used the garage, which was handy
