I payed for 3 weeks in a row and the 4th week my card was charged without permission. Putting my bank account in the negative. Then I was kicked out and all my belongings were put in the dumpster

Red roof in Ardmore Oklahoma This location is very quiet, friendly.Peaceful, if you are there to get rest and relaxation, you'll definitely get that.I would recommend this location to anyone

Ok so the reason for this reveiw is. Towel are only provided once a week and toliet tissue once a week. They have a book that states when u recieved toliet paper who does that. My towels sat outside for 3 days.

The room was very clean, and the the hotel was nice. The front desk was very attentive. Would recommend staying at this establishment.

Not clean, hair in bathtub, missing lampshade, lights not working, paint peeling off the door.
Worst place we ever stayed. It said breakfast included but we wouldn’t even dare check it out.

First of all there was no inside lock on the door whatsoever. And then the room key card didn't work because the batteries were out on the electronic door lock. Had to be let in and out each time we left. There was no room phone, no microwave and the television remote didn't work...all advertised amenities. The toilet was broken so you had to leave the toilet lid off of the toilet back so you could mess with the fill valve and float to get it to refill the tank. Half of the room lights didn't work either. I asked for a refund to just go stay somewhere else but was denied. I went and stayed somewhere else anyway and am still battling over the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend a little more somewhere else because this place is a mess. I cannot believe that this place is legal much less backed by a travel- booking site.

There were a lot of bugs, including cockroaches and wasps in my room. Housekeeping came maybe once a week. Employees at the front desk sat outside the front door, smoking, until they were needed at the desk. The towels and shower were not clean. I slept with the lights on just to make sure I didn't wake up with bugs on me. The worst stay!

Original room had water in floor in bathroom. Came from upstairs. It happens. They gave us another room. No real problems after that.

My stay was brief so I only spent 2nights here. The room was cheap and so was this establishment. My room had a gaping hole in the ceiling, door card reader was not functioning properly, bed & bath linens were stained, no blankets on the beds just sheets, no microwave or refrigerator in my room and the ice machine was out of order. I had already prepaid for the room so I stayed and asked twice for a microwave & fridge only to be blown off both times. I asked for a later check out time to compensate for the money I had to spend on ordering food & drinks and was basically laughed at. “oh, you want for free, another day", he said through a chuckle, as if I was insane for asking. Horrible place, would not recommend….also, seems to be a lot of long term residents living there. All seem to have at least 2 dogs and the few without dogs are tweaking around the parking lot. There are at least 3 other hotels neighboring this place, try one of them instead.
