Can Araya

My friend and I had a great stay in this stylish hotel. The location is really good, the breakfasts were delicious and the slide into the pool is fun! The staff were also really helpful sorting out parking for us since there wasn’t any on site. We stayed in Room 7 which was gorgeous, though the shower and bath weren’t closed off from the bedroom which can be a bit awkward when sharing with friends. Fortunately the room was big enough to be able to give each other privacy when needed. It wasn’t a cheap stay but really nice for a treat. I’d happily book again.

I can't praise this lovely little hotel highly enough. We stayed in room 5, it was spacious and has its own balcony. Unusually the balcony had a bath on it which made for a very different bathing experience. The hospitality is faultless - friendly efficient and helpful staff and the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. This is one of those hotels that you would go back to time and time again.

We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were very attentive, it is a charming old building and the breakfast was the best we have had our travels in Europe. The lemon cake was my particular favourite. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous, chic boutique! Staying here now with my partner for three nights, after being in another part of the island , we are spending our time beach hopping and the city is a great place from which to access some of the best beaches…the Cuitadella has lots of little cool boutique hotels which we didn’t realise until we arrived, and this little hotel fits the bill perfectly. Beautiful, tasteful decor, artistic, chic lines and colour schemes, peaceful music, super cool pool area and terrace, great breakfast- truly, spoiled for choice with the most delicious pan con tomate, good coffee and lovely hosts. Exactly the sort of thing we were looking for. Very chilled vibe. Would definitely recommend, not sure why it doesn’t have more reviews?! Guessing the hotel must be relatively new. Very happy we stayed.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this little gem in Ciutadella. There are many boutique hotel options to choose from, so comparing them all makes no sense- each has their own style and vibe. Prices are expensive, but once you’re there within the historic quarter you realize it’s all worth it. Short walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping. I have to thank Jesus, Edgar, and Cristina for their AWESOME service. We had a last minute trip (as in a few hours short) so we were very unprepared, but they made our arrival as smooth as it could be. Always attentive, quick to reply, and super friendly and helpful. My special thanks to Jesus, a true gentleman, he literally drove us to the next town just to pick up our car rental since there were no taxis due to high demand. He went out of his way and the extra effort is much appreciated. Anyways, the island is so beautiful that you’ll be out and about searching for the best little cove or beach, and coming back to enjoy a good nights stay is just perfect. Can Araya will feel like home- maybe even better…

We had a fantastic time in this lovely hotel. The interior design is amazing and the atmosphere in the hotel exceptional. Also the staff was very friendly and so helpful. We felt really welcomed and can absolutely recommend the place. We had the room by the pool which was really nice! As we only stayed 2 nights the size of the room was good but if we would stay longer next time, we would book a bigger room. Thank you Christina, Edgar and everyone for being so welcoming!

Notre 2ème séjour courant mai 2023 à l'hôtel Can Araya, superbe hôtel de charme de 8 chambres, idéalement placé dans Ciutadella, plein centre et à 2 pas du port, les chambres sont spacieuses, d'une propreté impeccable ( grâce à Marga), décoration soignée, très calme, piscine et hammam, le petit déjeuner est juste parfait il y en a pour tous les goûts, et surtout un personnel très sympathique et très pro, aux petits soins pour ses clients. Un Grand merci à Yola, Marga, Ramona et Nerea pour leur gentillesse et ce super séjour. Nathalie et Christophe

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à l’hôtel Can Araya. L'endroit est absolument magnifique, chaleureux et décoré avec un goût exquis. Le personnel est exceptionnel, ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. Nos jumeaux ne voulaient plus partir ! C'était un véritable coup de cœur, et l'ensemble de l'expérience a été tout simplement magnifique.

Establecimiento hotelero que podría denomin**** como "Bed & Breakfast" pintado de blanco en zona antigua de Ciudadela de muy difícil acceso por estar el suelo levantado. No recomendable para personas con poca movilidad por el difícil acceso. No hay ascensor. Pocos servicios. Desayuno sin alimentación caliente excepto pan y café, se echan en falta algo de huevos, jamón, etc. La piscina es bonita, pero tiene mucha lejía en el agua lo que provoca irritación, el tobogán es muy peligroso. A destacar una persona del equipo servicial y profesional al máximo, Yola que hace agradable el desayuno. ...........................
