Stayed here with my mom recently. We stayed at four hotels during our trip to Peru, and this was probably my favorite of the hotels. The room was nice and clean in a great location right next to the always lively plaza. The staff - including Vanessa, Yanina, and Itab (sorry if I got any of the names wrong!) - were all great and went out of their way to make us feel welcome without being super fussy about it. We were at the hotel on my mom's birthday... I think they noticed the date on my mom's passport and surprised her with a slice of cake on the day of, which was very sweet and much appreciated. On the day we were originally supposed to leave, we got a last-minute flight cancellation notice, so we had to extend our stay at the hotel for an extra day. The hotel staff were very accommodating and placed us in the same room for the additional night so that we didn't have to bother checking out and checking back in.

Took an upgrade to an enclosed terrace with arch so we could sit outside overlooking the Cathedral in the main square. Great location though taxi's can't stop and the luggage porters have to walk with their luggage transporter down to the next street to get your luggage. Helpful staff and great breakfast out on the covered terrace overlooking the cathedral and square. Really pretty.

Spent close to a week with friends at the hotel in June'22 (drop down menu will not let me pick correct year). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great, sumptuous breakfast. Central location. Very relaxing place with views overlooking the plaza. Walkable to many places of historic/tourist interest. Will definitely stay there if I get a chance to visit.

The hotel is located right on the main plaza ( Plaza de Armes) so it is incredibly easy and safe as a single female traveller. You can walk to many of the main attractions, have a wide range of restaurants to choose from and can easily find water/ ATMs as all within a 2 minute walk. Room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed and lovely toiletries available.staff were always friendly and helpful. There is a small gym on site, pool is small ( but unheated!) but on a lovely roof terrace. If I was in Arequipa again I would happily stay, but equally I would look for the chain in other South American cities.

In the perfect location for visiting Arequipa. Beds are comfortable, rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast and lunch buffets are good. Has all you need! The staff are really friendly and helpful. Thank you to Angel for the service! The top floor has a lovely seating area you can see Mt Misti from and also catch sight of Andean birds flying above!

I spent a 3-day weekend here, the place is very nice, the service is exceptional, everyone is kind, polite, and eager to help and make you feel welcome. I want to mention Vanessa, Angel and Roberto for their awesome service and welcoming attitudes. I would also like to recognize the restaurant staff, unfortunately I don’t have their names but everyone there was very helpful and polite. The location couldn’t get any better, anything you may need as well as many touristic places are close by and at a walking distance. Last, but certainly not least, the view of the plaza and the Cathedral from the restaurant is incredible morning, noon and night. Highly recommended!!!
