Very dark and noisy room provided, no hot water for two days of my three night stay. Room was located below Breakfast dining room and could always hear furniture being moved across floor above, very annoying when trying to sleep. Never greeted by desk staff who were rude but a waiter named Edwin went above and beyond providing excellent manners and assistance. Would not recommend staying here!

I spent 6 nights in this hotel. I chose the "executive" room because I read that the rooms were small. So I went for something bigger. It wasn't good, The windows in the main room we covered with panels so there was no daylight in the bedroom. It was incredibly noisy in the night . Across the road there were dogs on the roof of the buildings. How they get up there is a mystery, but they "kick off" at every slight provocation and bark almost all night. The cleanliness of the room was questionable - after going around with bare feet, I found that the soles of my feet went black (more fool me for going bare foot) Breakfast wasn't bad on the balcony of the 3 rd floor. The position of the hotel wasn't great either. Would I go back? No

Nice hotel nice breakfast terrace with beautiful view and good service by Vanessa and freiber and juan victor - nice breakfast buffet - clean room - quiet location - view in the two vulcano’s - Arequipa is a nice city with hidden beauties and nice restaurants too - we love md it

Well the people in this place go what you call going the further mile....I was here lost my bank card.....couldn't get any better help.....took a while but the people were amazing and also cared....can't name names.....but all the people here will really make your stay a memorable one.....I actually love the place and the people.....highly recommend for all sorts of reasons.....top place to stay.....Vanessa...Naysha....Freibee...franco .....any Willy.....top chef....nice food....the cleaners too because they are superb.....y Yorka and Rosa.....I've loved my stay with these people ❤️

This hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good. My issue was the room we had was on the 2nd floor with an internal window. Directly outside was a bright light that left light streaming through the window all night. I told the front desk and they were completely dismissive. We ended up hanging our towels over the drapery rod to cut off the light.

Nice place to stay I got it for cheap. Staff was very good they spoke broken English. Room was spacious however it is very noisy so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Plaza de armes is a short walk away.

Hermoso hotel! Todos súper amables, la suite impecable, amplia, bien iluminada, desayuno y restaurante de 10. Hacían limpieza todos los días y te resolvían cualquier cosa que necesites. Volveríamos de todas maneras. Súper recomendado.
