Nous avons appelé la propriétaire afin de savoir comment nous organiser pour notre arrivée. En effet, nous avions quelque chose de prévu le soir et nous ne savions pas s'il valait mieux aller chercher les clefs avant pour ensuite ne déranger personne en rentrant ou après, mais dans ce cas nous risquions d'arriver vers 23h... On nous a répondu sèchement, de façon quasi agressive que ce n'était pas à nous d'imposer nos conditions. Nous regrettons fortement que ce ne soit pas indiqué sur le site qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité d'avoir de clef ni d'arriver tard. Jamais nous n'aurions osé poser nos conditions, nous appelions juste pour nous informer... Vu l'accueil reçu nous avons préféré annuler la réservation. Etait-ce un problème de communication et de compréhension ? Nous ne saurons pas mais l'agressivité et le manque de compréhension de la part de l'hôtesse nous ont réellement choquées.
