酒店周邊環境感覺比較安全也安靜，可能是因為在五角大樓旁邊的原因吧，時不時會看到穿軍裝的人。 整個華盛頓的安全狀況和衞生等環境都比紐約好很多。就是交通不是太便利，沒有地鐵，要坐11站左右公交到地鐵站。 前台服務員及整體酒店感覺都比較佛系也還友好。早餐有一點麪包麥片牛奶咖啡，沒有其他了，我們要求不高，乾淨就好，也就都吃酒店的早餐了。 酒店房間還算乾淨，就是這邊都沒有被套，都是一個床單一樣的布與被子隔開一下，睡着容易錯位，感覺還是有點隔應。

The room was dirty with some areas of it obviously not cleaned prior, towels did not look clean, walls had a lot of holes, one of the outlets had some metal wire sticking out of it, the bathtub sounded like it was going to go through the floor when you were in it, and there was no outlet by the bed to charge our things so they had to sit across the room.

Room smelled heavily of cigarettes. So hard to get a truly non-smoking room. I spent a few days feeling sick after this visit, I'm that sensitive to cigarette smoke. I would stay at Days Inn again, but perhaps call the hotel directly to hopefully ensure a better breathing experience.

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The shampoo dispenser was not filled. But overall the experience was very nice. I also had a clean microwave and fridge to use. The breakfast choices were great and always filled up. The hotel shuttle was efficient.

The property is situated in a central location food and businesses in reach i love that ,could've asked for more

Tv was analog.. faucet not working properly(hot and cold water).. toilet paper holder fell off the wall… cockroach

The property is fine, and the staff is friendly and kind. However, the cleanliness of the room was not as desired. The floor looked clean, but my feet turned black if I walked barefoot. The bedcloth is clean, and the toilet towels are as well. I took two rooms; one of them had a strong cigarette smell despite the no smoking sign. We changed it to another room, but the guests in the next room smoked, and the scent moved to our room. One of the rooms had the washing tub clogged. We requested to clean it, but they said the staff would come tomorrow! The water fluctuates between hot and cold; no one can adjust it! The breakfast options were limited: only cereals, oa**eal, jam, and drinks, with no cheese, eggs, or fruits. There was no elevator, so we had to use the metal stairs, which was inconvenient. The AC in the room was good; the microwave was also good. The staff were kind, as I said, and they gave us extra beds for the kids at no cost; many thanks! I suggest that the hotel management should hire an insect cleaning professional to destroy any insects in the rooms or the breakfast hall, as many customers have complained about this problem. In general, the experience was not so good or bad; it is value for money, but sure, the value should increase with some caring and attention from the management.

The most horrible experience for us. We were switching rooms because there were cockroaches. It was night so we couldn’t just canceled it.
