I make a very good living. I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels in the US and Europe. But I am very frugal and I don’t waste money unless I have to. I’ve stayed at this EconoLodge about 5 times now. It’s a not luxury hotel. But it is a very good basic hotel that provides everything I need: a clean room, free parking and even an included breakfast. As long as they keep doing that, I will keep staying there as an economical accommodation in the DC area.

This hotel was a hole in the wall. There are bugs in the room, parking is a nigh**are, the beds are uncomfortable with not enough bedding to keep you warm, and the hotel, in general, is very outdated.

I was looking forward to a quiet and peaceful place place to relax and Econo Lodge Metro gave it to me. I would like to used this opportunity to make mention ot the fact that the Address on the web site is not current. That got me driving in circle trying to get there until i had to stop by the road side call. Please update the web site with the current addresses. Thanks.

The room was clean. No elevator with the only working ice machine on the top floor and breakfast served on the bottom floor. Parking lot it extremely tiny with very little light.

Very good value for money. Breakfast was lacking and blankets in room were not enough, but overall clean and reasonably comfortable.

We’ve stayed here a few times. It’s convenient to D.C. A good basic place to stay in the D.C. area for the money.

I stayed at the Econo lounge over the New Year’s weekend, and I discovered a spider on my bed. I took pictures with the spider and the killer spider and I showed it to one of the front desk personnel she told me the spider comes from outside she did not offer me in next room or an apology, or any such thing also they serve breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 but when I went down for breakfast at 7:00 am there was no breakfast and this is not the first time it happen several times The staff have to keep up with consistency at all times.
