Hotel Atlantico Buzios Convention and Resort

O atendimento na piscina pelos garçons , em especial ao Danilo , merece uma salva de palmas. O cardápio tem preços justos dos tira gostos e pratos. Tudo muito delicioso. Nao deixem de provar o super recheado pastel de camarao e a carne de sol com aipim . Não gostamos do barulho do arcondicionado, e do atendimento do setor de reservas, pessoal ríspido nas respostas. Piscina excelente. Localizaçao nota 1000

Ponto positivo: localização e piscina. Pontos negativos: ar condicionado ruidoso, café da manhã com suco velho e artificial e falta de limpeza da varanda.

nice hotel, the rooms look aged a little but are still fine. Hotel is on the main road and also backs onto the road by the sea. so a quick walk into rua das pedras is nice.

Family of 8 staying 5th and 6th August 2022. Several problems with this hotel : our Room, no glasses by the fridge, ordered some; keys failed second attempt, had to go to Reception for new ones; NO wi-fi in room; only 4 beds in swimming pool (occupied) wife & daughters on tread bear cushions on the floor, back to Reception to be told new ones had been ordered but had not arrived (tough luck !); pool toilet blocked, told waiter who directed me to one closer to Reception; breakfast large cockroach sneaked in frightening grandchildren, told waiter who called cleaner who came in with tools to remove beast, amusing sight of this pursue !; evening by the pool asked for two coffees and then milk, discussion behind the counter as to whether they had to charge me separately for that drop of milk (I’m Brazilian and followed their discussion in amazement, relief didn’t have to pay); lunch time opening noon but clients had to wait nearly 20 minutes “for the papers” and we had to delay transfer collection, you can have black coffee but NO milk ! absurd !; at Reception checking out, NO cash to give me R$10.00 (£1.50) change ! member of staff had to lend cashier the money to give me, again absurd!. But for the piece of resistance the night before at dinner, ordered nice bottle of red Portuguese wine, that bottle appeared to have been kept in their “cellar” for many years, so I said if this wine is cocked or turned into vinagre I would not pay, big “conference” !! another two waiters came to my table to discuss what had said (remember I am Brazilian), fear in their faces, because they said if they opened that bottle and I did not like it, the Management would deduct the price of that bottle from their salary (this folks beats them all !), but fortunately for all of us the wine was not corked ! Finally the security in this place is like Fort Knox, don’t forget or misplace your key or you will be in trouble ! Sorry forgot : drinks by the pool with glasses, glass crash and grand daughter lost a little bit of blood, but we survived ! Again, lovely staff but mostly young and untrained.

The hotel is at the center of Buzios in the Rua das Pedras area. Room is very large and comfortable. The overall hotel structure is great and the deal with the cost benefit is fantastic. I highly recommend that you include the lunch as it is very cheap and relatively very good food

Tomamos una habitación de lujo con vista a la piscina, muy amplia , baño cómodo y amplio, entregan toallas para piscina o playa, cuenta con máquina de hielo, sirven un abundante desayuno, destaco su dobles ingresos el principal donde te no es en auto donde quieras y el posterior con salida peatonal a la orla Bardot justo enfrente la escultura de los pescadores desde el lugar llegas en 5 minutos a la ría das pedras, fue mi segunda visita al hotel!!!

Excelente hotel, amplios espacios. Fuimos a una pieza cuádruple con vista al mar. Pieza y baño muy amplios y camas muy cómodas. Terraza grande y con vista preciosa al mar. Muy buena atención de todo el personal. Desayuno muy completo y abundante. Tiene un bar en la piscina que atiende un mozo con precios muy buenos, tanto los tragos como la comida. Recomendamos las pizzas, grandes y muy ricas. La piscina espectacular, grande y bien ambientada. Cerca de la calle principal (Ruas da Pedras) y de algunas playas, a donde se llega caminando sin ningún problema.

Então fomos dia 02/01 , a entrada já super demorada mas entendemos, pois o fluxo alto e qtde de funcionários muito pequena . Já no primeiro dia reclamamos da cama que estava quebrada , sem os pés de apoio do meio, ficamos 07 dias e não arrumaram , meu filho teve que dormir no chão . A Limpeza dos quartos é bem feita, mas vc tem de pedir milhares de vezes , pois vc pode chegar as 17:00 horas no quarto , que não fizeram a arrumação , e isto acontece todo dia , fora a desorganização de não terem toalhas , sem reposição de shampoo e vir repor frigobar as 22:30 , pois não o fizeram no momento da limpeza. Outro assunto são as portas , no primeiro e segundo dia nossa porta na trancava pelo lado de fora, ou seja, totalmente inseguro . Teve um dia que achei a porta do quarto aberto , a faxineira arrumou uma cama , deixou o quarto aberto e não voltou . As chaves , toda hora vc tem que ir na recepção para pedir para colocar o segredo , pois não abre. Ou seja , um stress. Eu me pergunto, como um empresário pode ter um imóvel em uma ótima localização , e não saber gerir o básico de hospedagem que é uma recepção adequada , um planejamento de limpeza e manutenção . Sugestão cobre mais caro , mas ofereça um serviço decente , está em um imóvel e lugar com alto potencial.
