Comfortable place

I arrived at the hotel only to find that there was no one there to greet me. I had messaged the property ahead of time to let them know my arrival time (I have proof). I tried calling them several times, but no one answered. I even yelled outside the building, hoping that someone inside would hear me, but no one came. After waiting for a while, I had to give up and leave with the taxi driver who had brought me there. He was getting impatient, and I didn't want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere. I called *******, and they tried calling the hotel, with not luck. The representative told me that they would cancel my reservation and issue me a refund, but they couldn't do anything to help me find another hotel. I was transferred to another representative, who finally managed to get in touch with the hotel. The woman who answered the phone said that she was on her way back to the property, but I had already returned to the city center, which was far away and expensive to get to by taxi. I also didn't know how long it would take her to return, since she told ******* that I hadn't given her my arrival time. During the course of these conversations, I was disconnected from the *******. In the end, I found refuge in another hotel, but my troubles didn't end there. I was charged for a night I never spent in that forsaken place and for a reservation I had previously canceled in good faith. It was more than just a bad experience; it was a deeply disheartening.

Nice location close to the sea and dining options, apar**ent is clean and perfect for a big family the hosts were terrific and extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended

Cozy apar**ent close to the airport and ferry port. Very clean. Host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the stay special for our family. Host also went to great lengths to help with transportation, which was a nice bonus!

Wonderful hosts. As English-speaking it was a real relief to know I could communicate with Irene. The property was better than we had hoped for! Quiet, clean, safe and very charming. We would rent this property again.

The apt does not has transfer as they said they do . Nobody gave us the password for Wi-Fi.

The place was double booked and we could not stay there.

Excellent accommodation, spacious with two airconditions. Located in small distance from the sea. Lovely people that run the place and very helpful.

The apar**ent at Artemissoula was perfect for our short Athens trip after a cruise. We had 4 adults and it accommodated us nicely. The decor was up-to-date and clean. The owner met us to let us in and go over the basics. Air conditioning worked well. Water pressure was a little light. Mattresses were a bit thin but pretty confortable. Very much worth the price.
