Great place to stay close to airport and beach , good room size very clean
And has a nice pool

We liked our two night stay here. The hosts were really nice. We walked to the beach, one of the only restaurants that was open, and a small grocery store next door.
The hot water wasn’t the best, the showers were lukewarm one day and downright cold the next day. We think maybe it’s a solar hot water heater and because it was cloudy, it wasn’t very warm. The “heated pool” is only heated in the “on-season”, not when we were there in March. And it advertises electric tuk-Tuk rentals, but again, only in the on season.

I loved the property, the hosts were amazing and welcoming. Transportation from airport was arranged for a reasonable fee. Best part was the comfort and cleanliness.

Exceptional! Elias provided airport transport to my husband and I and his family greeted us with a warm welcome! The property is lovely with many plants and flowers and a pool area with many lounging spots to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We upgraded our room which included a hot tub. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the shower system is amazing! My husband and I enjoyed visiting with the owners! They will make you feel like family! I would highly recommend a stay at Modular Bungalows where hospitality is given and friends are made!

This was a last minute stay to be closer to the airport than Athens, and it was a great spot! Super cute space! Very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again, and would love to be here in season to enjoy the amenities.

The bungalows were very cute and a nice size with everything we need for a short stay. This place is out of the way and while it is possible to walk down the hill to the coastal street there is no sidewalk so you need to be cautious and watch for traffic.

When we were looking for a place to stay for the night after our 10 day stay in Greece, close to the airport this property caught my eye. It is very reasonably priced and Elias & Alina were wonderful hosts.
Elias picked us up and dropped us off at the airport himself and shared interesting local and historical points of interest. It was a short stay (one day), but the care and attention to detail was evident.
The area surrounding the property was okay and felt safe to walk around in the evening. There were a few local restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property for a convenient place to stay close to the airport, or for a longer stay as a home base.

My Mother and I got robbed of our valuables in Athens and was stranded in Athens. This place was a safe haven for us. Very clean, comfortable beds, very nice little kitchen with coffee tea and water. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs a oasis in Athens. They even have an airport transport service for €25 so no need to organize taxis from there to the airport. Just wish we were there under better circumstances.
