What a great place! The location is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant on site is excellent. Loved it.

Hot water often running out- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. Virtually no fridge let alone cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard cooling bottles of water or boiling an egg , extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes, not even glasses to drink water! Although the view of the balcony was adequately satisfying and pleasant the sense of odor couldn’t let anyone enjoy that as there was garbage fumes all over the place probably a dump was nearby! Staff moody all the time especially during the breakfast time- a breakfast during which there is not a buffet or even a mini variety to look at and choose from, no! One plate is served every single day with one piece of petit four filled with marmalade and portions packed honey / two slices of bread / filter coffee or tea. If you ask for anything supplementary or substitute they get moody. All the pictures of the rooms online were not the real ones so everyone be careful and aware of that!

my friends and i were lucky to stay close by to this amazing restaurant! we came three times so that every new guest could try it. the family is so so sweet and has a serious talent for cooking. will probably be back before we leave ❤️

The Hotel and Restaurant are run by the Lembessis', a lovely, hospitable family, with a talent for cooking and a passion for history and a common family name on Sifnos. The location of the hotel is ideal, just outside the main square and bus stop of Artemonas, a charming village infused by floral scents and exquisite architecture that breathes of a former aristocracy. The restaurant had a selection of authentic local dishes, many of which are cooked in the customary clay pot that can be purchased in some of the pottery shops scattered all over the island. I ate dinner there each night of my stay which is a first for me. I rarely go to the same place twice when I travel but I knew I had discovered something original, fresh, authentic and tasty. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were generous with their time and attention and recommendations of places to visit and hike. Sifnos is an ideal island for spring hiking, and especially for solo travelers.

Wunderschönes Familienhotel , authentisch , mit weinlaub bewachsenen Garten , für Frühstück und Abendessen … direkt neben einer Kirche und herrliche Küche. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Balkon und Bad . Der Garten ist von der Straße abgewandt und dadurch ruhig

Nous sommes restés 4 jours dans cet hôtel familial L'accueil du patron, de sa femme est très chaleureux. Nous avons également mangé au restaurant et tous les produits sont frais et excellents. L'arrêt de bus proche (100m) permet de rayonner facilement sur tout l'île. Je recommande aussi bien l'hôtel que le restaurant.

Ανεπαρκές πρωινό με μόνο φρυγανισμένο ψωμί,βούτυρο κ μέλι ,ένα αυγό το οποίο μας έφεραν μόνο την πρώτη μέρα,ρυζόγαλο που είχε κόμπους από αλεύρι κ κέικ όπου την μια νερά ήταν μπαγιάτικο .αυτό μπανιο δεν είχε κρεμασταρια εκτος του βασικού για τις πετσετεσ Ερχόταν η Καθαριστρια να καθαρίσει κ όταν επιστρέφαμε βρίσκαμε ξεκλείδωτο το δωμάτιο.Η ιδιοκτήτρια εξυπηρέτησε με αγγαρεία ενώ ο σύζυγος της που συνεννοηθήκαμε από το την πολύ ευγενικός κ με χιούμορ .Τα καλά τώρα ηταν πως είχε κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ κ την αφετηρία των λεωφορείων καθώς κ μαγαζιά να φας η να πιεις ένα ποτό κ ήταν κοντά όλες οι παραλίες.Έπισης μας άλλαζαν πετσέτες συχνά πάλι καλά.Για αυτό το ξενοδοχειο και Ιούνιο μήνα τα 75€ τη βραδιά ηταν πολύ ακριβά πιστεύω.

Κατά την 6ήμερη παραμονή μας, μείναμε σε άνετο δωμάτιο με θέα, είχαμε ησυχία και περιποίηση, καθώς και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση με ευγένεια και καλωσύνη από τον ξενοδόχο κ. Σταμάτη Λεμπέση και την άξια σύζυγό του κ. Ζαμπέτα η οποία ετοίμαζε το πρωινό （ήταν μέσα στην τιμή） και τα εξαίρετα φαγητά που απολαμβάναμε κάθε βράδυ στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου! Επίσης, κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν η αφετηρία των λεωφορείων που τηρούσαν με ακρίβεια τα δρομολόγια （από το πρωί μέχρι το βράδυ） προς όλα τα μέρη της Σίφνου.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για κάποιον που θέλει κάτι οικονομικό και καλό. Οι παροχές του δωματίου μας κάλυψαν στο έπακρον. Επιπλέον, ξετρελάθηκα με το ριζόγαλο που σέρβιραν στο πρωινό. Σίγουρα αν στο μέλλον επιλέξω το νησί, θα επιλέξω ξανά το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.
