We loved stayed in on this beautifully renovated schoolhouse with its perfectly placed vintage design elements. The host was welcoming, the surroundings are gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is delicious. Tack! We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing hospitable Dutch owners have made it their mission to have an great stay. Extremely clean rooms, I've never seen a bathroom more clean than this. Nicely decorated, self renovated, old school buidling. Spacious, high ceiling rooms, with comfy beds and lake view. They have cracked the covid-breakfast dillema by offering 4 types of breakfast, being served at your table: Swedish, French, English or Healthy. Nice restaurant/bar and sundeck outside. In the evening there's a great service offering a choice for everybody, even vegan. I've read some remarks about the road, which I'd like to comment on. Yes there is a road quit close by, and you will hear cars passing. Currently a bit more traffic due to road works at the main road 61, which drivers try to avoid by taking this one. But at night it was quit and we were not to bothered about it. Hopefully this will be sorted soon. Worth knowing there's no direct access to the lake, but there is one just 5 minutes drive away. However they will also direct you to a great bathing spot 10-15 minutes away in a suberb litte lake with a beach. The owners offer great outdoor activities. We've really enjoyed our stay, great value for money and warmly recommend this place. We're looking forward to return to this gem!

Wij verbleven hier met ons 2 kinderen van 7 en 9 jaar oud tijdens een rondreis door Zweden. Wat een vondst! Super B&B, heel mooi gebouw, alles zeer verzorgd, kraaknet, gezellig aangekleed. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door Nederlandse eigenaar, ook erg kindvriendelijk. Zeer lekker eten in het restaurant waar we zowel ontbijt als diner hebben gegeten ( elandstoofpot is een aanrader!). Voor de kinderen ook een aangepast kinder ontbijt en kinder diner met chicken nuggets, echt ideaal. Wij hadden ook nog de privé jacuzzi bijgeboekt, echt zalig genieten! Dikke aanrader, ook veel te doen voor de kinderen, er zijn speeltuigen, plaats om te spelen en zelfs een kleine sprookjesbos wandeling door de tuin met elfenhuisjes etc. Beste B&B ever, wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
