Kimpton Hotel Arras

From the valet to the check in the stay started great, the room, the staff and even the hotel bar for night caps, amazing stay. We will be back, often.

Everything was top shelf. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. Room was perfect. Facilities were as good , if not better , than any we have used. Convenient location. Our stay could not have been better

Would definitely stay here again. Very upscale at a reasonable price. Front desk gave us several restaurant options within walking distance. We chose Tupelo and liked that vibe and atmosphere. Breakfast at the hotel was delish! (see pics)

The staff, ambiance, and property were very nice. Check-in was easy and they even offered us a class of wine for happy hour that had just ended. We dined at District 42 the first night and I was even surprised with a couple scoops of ice cream to off set my order taking a little longer than expected.

This place is awesome! The location is great. The rooms are clean and updated. The staff is amazing. We had an issue with a flat tire and the valet, Chris, and the night manager went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate it. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely experience, Everybody was so helpful and understanding on our needs. Help us a lot on suggesting places to visit and where to dine. We appreciate all the staff, place is so clean and very comfy. Would like to be back whenever we can!

My favorite hotel to stay in Asheville. Doggo friendly, convenient to a variety of restaurants and shopping, the rooms were spacious, friendly staff, and a lovely tea selection.

Gracious staff, beautiful hotel, especially enjoyed and appreciated the morning coffee service in the lobby and the state of the art 34-hour access fitness center.
