The apartment in block 5 was clean and functional. Large bed in the bedroom, lounge area with small fridge; air conditioned. Perfectly adequate for one night but a little remote from the main hotel facilities (0.6km). It did have a restaurant nearby with superb panoramic views of Assisi and that had a fantastic buffet with wine tasting on the day we were there. I would recommend this place.

Dopo svariati anni che alloggio in questa struttura purtroppo sono rimasto deluso per svariati motivi:
1. Appena arrivati c’era un errore sulla prenotazione anziché due adulti ed un bambino a loro gli compariva solo due adulti. Di fatti la struttura mi ha addebitato il costo del bambino anche se sul sito di trip compariva gratuito.
2. La prenotazione fatta sulla Spa del giorno di arrivo era stata programmata per il giorno dopo. ( fortunatamente la responsabile della Spa ha ottemperato al disguido)
3. Il bagno nella zona doccia c’erano delle formiche.
Non metto una stella perché conosco bene la struttura e spero che gli faccia riflettere a quanto accaduto. Un’altra persona sicuramente avrebbe fatto storie. Ovviamente sarà mia premura prima di alloggiare nuovamente in questa struttura valutare altre strutture limitrofe.
Devo ringraziare in particolare all’assistente Trip perché mi ha assistito fino alla fine cosa che non ha fatto la struttura alberghiera.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff in the reception desk were always so polite and helpful. So much for young children to do including and outdoor park (bit out dated but still brilliant!) An out door walk in pool, which is perfect for the younger children to splash in. An indoor play area, as well as large grounds to play around in, you can also use their onsite bikes to take around the grounds for no charge. They also provide footballs, kids golf and archary. The breakfast was stunning, and a great selection of food available. The view from the hotel was breathtaking.
The restaurant food was beautiful, espeixally the sausage ragu, but it was pricy. Only issue was, make sure you book in the evening, as twice we were told it was full, even though we were guests. The hotel is a 15min drive into Assisi.
We'll definitely be staying again. Thank you.

The location is gorgeous, in the middle of the valley, with a wonderful landscape in a nice rural area. The appartemnt we have recieved (504) was very spartan. To begin with - at night it was very cold. They dont operate the heating (telling us they are forbiden by ruleds to do it). Instead of extra blankets they sent us bed covers. There is almoat no light in thr appartement. The isolation between the appartements hardly existes. A very poor kitchanete with no detergant

We were considering staying in the main town of Assisi but we are so glad that we stayed here instead. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the Valley with easy access to the surrounding area. It has an amazing view of Assisi. The room was large and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and our daughters wished we could have stayed here longer.

O hotel vende 4 estrela e não entrega maus que 2. Serviço ruim no jantar, com pouco pessoal de atendimento. Café da manhã razoável pela dificuldade da equipe. Quartos bons em espaço e limpeza, assim como os banheiros, mas área comum bastante deficiente. Manutenção externa e jnterna muito ruins
