在中亞最好的酒店之一，已經開了五六年了但是沒有年代感就像剛開一兩年的樣子。房間寬敞設施完備還有一些哈薩克民族風味的小細節，歡迎備品welcome amenities也很豐富有葡萄酒巧克力小點心等等。瑞吉的管家很熱情，服務人員英文很不錯非常專業。會再來。

中亞第一家瑞吉酒店。總體來説非常不錯！很棒的客房服務，房間裝修很高檔，房間內各項設備，如電熱毛巾架非常方便。床是真的舒服，感受不到轉身晃動。

Есть огрехи в сервисе - на 4*, но никак не на 5*.
Свет в номере работал некорректно.
Но чекин сделали на 1,5 раньше и чекаут на 1 час позже, что приятно.
