Extremely well. Very nice and friendly hotel staff. They really treat us very nice and provide very good service. I would definitely recommend people to stay this wonderful hotel

簡直不要太好！！！ 不愧是阿加莎待過的酒店，真的很值！🤩 從門口開始直到走進大廳 真的有被震驚到無論是整體的裝修還是色彩搭配風格設計 不要太愛！
第二張圖的位置（電梯旁）那個樓梯出片率100%
除了晚上時間趕沒有做成spa 但可以去冬宮體感一把（都是Sofitel）

老瀑布確實的環境和景觀確實是很獨特的，裝修非常復古，園林維護得也很用心。
新樓房間面積夠大，不過我們這個基礎房型是單陽台，沒有隔開做成套房。陽台的景觀沒得説，陽台坐坐拍拍照感覺就值了。
早餐其實比較一般，可選的東西不多。服務細節沒有想象中好，到達時候房間還沒有好，就放了行李去菲萊神廟了，回來之後門僮溝通不暢，因為不知道房間號，竟指揮我們去走非住客的通道。房間保險箱電池不足，讓人來修，結果他鎖上打不開了，最後折騰了半小時才弄好。。。
另外提醒大家，由於房間少，入住率高，下午3點之前基本上沒可能入住。

退房結賬時發現賬單不對，在我們簽字的酒水單裏夾了兩張我們沒有消費沒有簽字的酒水單，多了三千埃及鎊，這個檔次的酒店不應該出現這種錯誤。問題及時解決了，但讓人挺不舒服的，來的朋友記得仔細檢查賬單。When checking out and settling the bill, we discovered that the bill was incorrect. Two drink bills that we had not consumed nor signed for were tucked in with the one we had signed. This resulted in an additional charge of three thousand Egyptian pounds. A hotel of this standard should not make such errors. The issue was resolved promptly, but it was quite unsettling. Friends who visit should remember to carefully review their bills.

非常非常非常好的體驗
不辜負此行關於老瀑布的所有想象
落地比較早，到酒店12點，
reception介紹完了就在terrace吃了中飯
份量不小 價錢合理 口味尚可
比較幸運下午1點左右房間就好了
提前寫了郵件，offer了新樓8層，景觀非常非常美，完全符合對尼羅河的一切幻想
床品舒適，有送果盤、糕點、巧克力，
就是房間洗漱沐浴備品都一般，不符合品牌調性
下午在酒店拍拍照，看日落，看felluca，很chill，17點參觀了Churchill房間，tour比較無聊，房間也是重新裝修過的，可惜阿加莎房間當天不開放參觀
倒時差早上6點就自然醒，房間陽台看到了日出，早餐在1902，很美，有buffet也有單點的，Benedict不錯。
checkout有點小插曲，下午茶掛房賬了，我們提醒了，但找不到單子了，折騰了好一會兒重新回憶點了什麼再打了單，比較浪費時間

酒店服務是真的優秀，特別表揚marina，熱情幫我們解決了很多問題，訂的套房，怕我們床不夠住，還主動問我們要不要加床。1889年建的酒店，酒店有點舊，但是維護的還是不錯，

河景房值哭了
不要猶豫，就訂這個
普通花園房就是一般豪華酒店，衹有河景房才是真的老瀑布
像有家養小精靈一樣，每次回到房間東西都會變整齊，晚上燈也換成暗一點的，窗簾也給你弄好了，超神奇，第一次住這樣的5星級
一切都和尼羅河上的慘案一模一樣，阿加莎粉絕不能錯過
三個餐廳都吃了，埃及菜很好吃，早餐也很棒
總之非常滿意
