Hotele niedaleko Atami Onsen Town, Atami

The lady boss is very polite and gentle. She can communicate in Chinese without any obstacles. She introduces the surrounding attractions very carefully and patiently. The boss will drive guests to the station at around 10 o'clock every morning. The room is very large, clean and comfortable. It is very spacious for four of us. The balcony of the room can see a little beach. There is a refrigerator in the room and a microwave in the corridor. There are mosquito repellent, lighters for lighting fireworks and drinking water at the entrance on the first floor for guests to use. There is also a rest area and books for borrowing. The overall layout is warm and the details are in place. The hotel is not far from Atami Beach and Hot Spring Street, but you need to climb a long flight of stairs. If you go to Atami to play and watch the fireworks festival, I recommend this hotel.

Self-service registration is a bit time-consuming. Rented cars can only be parked in mechanical parking spaces. When driving and parking, employees have to unlock them. This is very troublesome. The hotel is very new and the breakfast is OK. You don’t have to look for breakfast everywhere. It’s the same every day.

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

The hotel/Ctrip customer service sent an email one day in advance (instructions in Japanese and English) that you can submit your passport photo page information online with your mobile phone. After entering with the password at 15:00, you still need to use an iPad to fill in the guest information and connect to the online customer service video call (there is Chinese customer service. We first got through the Japanese customer service, and then the Chinese customer service called back after hanging up. However, the Chinese customer service asked us to fill in the information first and then hung up before we finished filling in the information. When I called again, it was the English customer service. Communication Complete the check-in procedure smoothly). If the reservation is divided into two orders, you can ask Ctrip's Japanese customer service to help request the same room for two nights before departure (Ctrip's customer service was very responsible and called me back, and the hotel did arrange it this way). When checking in for the first night via video, provide the information of the second night's check-in so that the hotel's online customer service can operate the backend, so that you don't need to check out and check in again. If you catch up with the fireworks festival, the hotel will give you cushions in a special area, just take them to the scene. The hotel's rooftop has a good view. You will definitely not go to the scene to watch the fireworks, but there are fewer people and it is quieter. There are pros and cons. The bus station at the door will be late. The 11:17 bus did not come for some reason, so I can only postpone the next bus. I don't understand, but the 9:05 bus on the other day is still on time. There is a Maxvalu supermarket nearby, 7-11 diagonally opposite, and walking distance from Qiyun Pavilion. We walked back to the hotel after visiting the Kinomiya Shrine, and the navigation is convenient. In short, it is worth staying, but it is more difficult to book, and the experience is very good.

9月にバスツアーで宴会場を利用した時に泊まりたいと思い、誕生日に一泊しました。早めに施設に着き、併設の温泉施設で遊び、チェックイン。フロントスタッフが宿泊名簿を見て当日が誕生日と知り、フリードリンク券をプレゼントしてくれました。部屋はひとりのため山側でしたが、広くて清潔で快適。大浴場も熱海の海が見ながらゆっくり、アメニティも充実。夕食のレストランも美味しく新鮮な海の幸がたくさん。追加で注文した牛タンシチューもフォアグラも絶品。朝食の鯵の開きも肉厚でジューシー。お土産も魅力的な商品がたくさん。また「泊まりたい」と思わせるホテルでした。

Kanpo no yado, one of the good hotels around the Atami area, is a great place to stay for relaxation & well being. Upon arriving at the hotel, we we're welcomed warmly by the friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome and at home. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean, not to mention the spectacular view from our balcony, seeing the real beauty of the whole Atami! We absolutely love our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Atami region.

Stayed here for two nights for the fireworks festival in Atami. It is definitely the C position of Atami Hotel. The sea view room can enjoy the fireworks festival in the room. The hotel restaurant is also super large, the buffet is very rich, there are 3 hot springs, all of which are very good, free parking for self-driving, and there is also a shuttle bus to Atami Station. It is worth recommending!

The Shangzhuang by the sea, there were very few people when they came, and the environment was particularly comfortable and pleasant. There are hot springs in the hotel, clean and hygienic, especially suitable for vacation, recommended!
