A wonderful and comfortable hotel for relaxation, and I would like to thank everyone very much: Ahmed Al-Feki. In room service, he paid great attention to us and provided us with all means of comfort. Also, thanks go out to Al-Mosaleh Youssef, Mr. Sharif Mahmoud, the restaurant manager, Wael Samir, and Chef Diesel for making us comfortable and meeting our requests quickly, with great professionalism, and a smile that does not leave the face.

A good place to stay in if you’re planning for a vacation in Sokhna. But still I might have second thoughts if I ever plan to go to sokhna again. The hotel is under rennovation now so this might change after the full rennovations. The hotel staff are super friendly and nice, whenever you ask them for anything they usually do it for you in a blink of an eye. We asked for an extra bed for a triple room and it was a bit rusty and makes me uncomfortable while sleeping and we asked for an extra mattress to make it a bit comfy. Can’t say anything negative about the food, was pretty good and varied, you can enjoy some good stuff from the grill every night during the buffet, they were super tasty and were made by chef Mohamed Sobhy, he’s super nice, professional, a very good cook and so friendly. Activities at night are okay, every night there is a show, or a singer and the animation team is good. The beach is walkable but needs minor modifications to get better. Pool is really good with a small bar to order food and drinks. The overall experience is good but not as expected as a quality of a 5* hotel.

When we talk about excellence, it is represented by this hotel. Movenpick ElSokhna is undoubtedly the best hotel in Ain Sokhna. We booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. First of all, thanks to Mr. Youssef for choosing the best rooms for us, trying to fulfill our preferences, and for his continuous assistance. He was very polite and professional. The check in ended in 5 minutes and we reached the rooms very quickly. The rooms are clean and have a great view. The renovated rooms with new furniture are very comfortable. Thanks to house keeping, especially Maher Al-Dabaa, for his dedication to work and quick response to any requests. The entire staff in the hotel was extraordinary. Everyone does their job perfectly and with a friendly smile, trying to make the guests happy. The waiters in the restaurant were dynamo in service and the chefs were outstanding and followed everything constantly. The buffet contained variatey of food, and every day there were new things, and the food was clean and always tasted great. Every corner of the buffet has a long story to describe. The pool is clean. The pool bar has great drinks. Al Jazeera Restaurant is very nice. The pizza is a masterpiece. The sea is sandy to a great extent and the water activities varied. The kids were very happy. The place is suitable for all age groups. One of the best things is that when you are sitting in the pool area, you can also see the sea and the mountain; a very beautiful view. The nightly entertainment is very nice and there is a different show everyday. Excellent golf car service and drivers are very polite. The whole experience was 4 nights of a lifetime in this amazing hotel. It was our second time and definitely not our last.

The most exciting thing about the experience of the hotel is only their staff, people are great and they are so decent and helpful to everyone, Special thanks to Mr. Ehab in the hotel ‘s restaurant for his extraordinaire services and performance and delivering the hotel services on a high level of excellence and experience. I decided to celebrate my Marriage anniversary for the first time in one if the Movenpick branded hotels which ain el-shokna yesterday, but unfortunately it was very disappointed with the experience. The room was not clean upon arrival, with noticeable dust and unemptied trash. You can see the pillow in the picture unclean with yellow color. Catering in the Buffet, there no hygiene, limited items, and the taste was even normal or going to Bas in some items, with limited seats in the air condition. The staff was unresponsive to my requests for additional towels and toiletries, and the noise level from neighboring rooms was disruptive throughout the day because of fixing and revamping other rooms. Additionally, the advertised amenities, Overall, there is no Movenpick brand there rather than Elguna or soma bay hotels. Photo will be attached
