The hotel itself was very clean and the front desk staff/maintenance/custodial staff were all very welcoming, but the restaurant staff were not welcoming. I even heard them talking negatively about the conference members while I was staying there.

Overall the hotel was fine. The in room keurig did not work but otherwise the room was good.

The elevator was not working. We were ok since we didn’t have much baggage but I noticed several people struggling with getting luggage up stairs and managing there small kids at the same time

The location was absolutely perfect!! We could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the campus in seconds/minutes. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I overheard housekeeping complaining about late checkouts, which I was one of those. The bathroom was very small and shower was outdated. The bed was probably the hardest I’ve ever slept on.

Why would they only put 3 bath towels and 3 wash rags in a room with 4 adult guest ? And WHY should you have to park at a motel/hotel that you are a paying guest at ?

We are always happy to stay here. Staff is wonderful. Bed is super comfortable. Close to all downtown has to offer.
