Hotel room was exceptionally clean! Very satisfied and very much exceeded my expectations! Thank you, very much to the staff and hotel cleaning service. Will be staying again!

The entire property is old and needs updating. The wi-fi was horrible and kept cutting off. The key cards kept failing. Had to go downstairs probably 5 times to get one of the cards reprogrammed so we could get back into our room. The staff was wonderful and super friendly but overall the property really needs an upgrade.

It was frustrating because the key cards to the rooms (more than one room and more than one card) kept failing. We had to go downstairs several times to have them reprogrammed so we could get into our rooms. The hotel itself is just average. Nothing fancy by any means but the staff was really nice.

Everything was good about the property and conveniently located. The only issue was the room had an unpleasant odor that seemed to not improve with air freshener.

The staff (Daniel) was super helpful in assisting me with switching reservation names from my daughter to her friend when we had an unexpected change of plans. He made sure her friends could check in with no problems, sent me confirmations of the change, and everything was super smooth. Thank you to Daniel for his help, very much appreciated.

The breakfast area is extremely noisy and entire lobby area is a very crowded space envelope.

Equipment in fitness center fair. Some were not working. No sanitary wipes there. Pool was closed. No dresser in room for clothing. Staff was excellent and very pleasant and a accommodating
