The floor in the room was so dirty it left my white socks black. The room was dusty and the bed skirt dragged on the dirty floor. The property is an old motel and still feels like an old motel. I would never go back.

Front desk personnel was awesome. Room was dirty: walked barefooted 30 seconds. Feet were black. Bathtub had a strange color…. Bedcovers had holes. Second day we were told there was no cleaning service for the room, no reason given…. $12 a day for parking???? It’s a motel set up where you park outside your door!!!

The Samsung TV remotes work completely differently than a standard remote. There were no instructions and the front desk attendant was unfamiliar with them so could give no information on how to use it The maintenance man had to visit my room to show me how to use it.
The small fridge did not work properly.

We had heard how cool and unique this hotel was after watching a series about it on HGTV. We were excited to visit and it really let us down. The room is decorated in a cute way. But the paint in the bathroom was peeling off, there were multiple holes in the wallpaper from various holders, the covering on the sink was peeling off, and the light fixture was old and rusty. Then the water wouldn’t get hot and only stayed warm for about three minutes. In the main room, trim was falling off the cabinet, dust bunnies had settled under the same cabinet, and a light kept blinking all night. I really expected more.

I was in a pinch, needing a room at the eleventh hour that wouldn't empty my wallet, and I stumbled upon The Graduate once again. It was a flawless choice. Furthermore, its proximity to downtown is so convenient that you can simply park your car and step right into the heart of the city.

It was a perfect place to stay the night in town. It was a great rate, walkable to downtown, very charming, and they were kind to our fluid schedule. We’ll definitely be back!

The Graduate is so warm and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and the location is great for the downtown activities. Highly recommend.

The resort fee is a joke. This is used to show a better price when comparing hotel cost. And what do you get for 17 dollars- a bike face at motel and water.
I have stayed in the Graduate in Oxford ms and have always been pleased. My stay at Georgia graduate ranks up there with the motel 6 it once was.
