This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The heat didn’t work and we froze all night. Nice thing was the shower was warm! Needs a remodel.

Was German rouches in the room refused to refund me and got a attitude because i did not wanna stay .

This property is not as represented. There is a smell of dtale cigarettes in the lobby and rooms. Tge room doothad been broken i. And poorly repaired. Did not stat the night

Woman who checked me is was very nice. Unfortunately the room looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in who knows how long. Floor throughout the entire room was filthy, lamps looked like that hadn’t been dusted in years. Linens on the bed and pillows smelled clean, but there was no way I would ever take a shower in that place based on the cleanliness of the bathroom and floors. Fridge and microwave had greasy finger and handprints smeared across them both. I wouldn’t use either one based on just the outside condition of both appliances. I know I didn’t pay much for one nights stay but you do expect at least the room to be cleaned thoroughly regardless of the price of the room. I would have for sure left or asked for a different room if my bed didn’t appear to be clean and if I was staying for more than 1 night.

There was a bed bug found on our bed. We packed our things in the car and went to discuss the issue with the office and her response was that her boss would be in at 8 am that we would have to come back then. She did not offer any kind of sympathy or anything. Had to ask her abt switching rooms bc we had no where to go and she couldnt give a refund or anything. Then she got a attitude and said she wasnt going to move us again.

Work truck taking up multiple parking spot, the unit in the room not working correctly, didn’t feel safe in my room

This hotel/motel is run down / dirty / needs basic maintenance. The linens are old and didn't feel clean.

Traveling for work, this place was available last minute and I was appreciative. Front desk was friendly and checked me in quickly.

Roaches, holes in the wall, tv remote didn't work, toilet didn't work.
