Be aware that team keep deleting bad reviews on various platforms. This is a pathetic service. Basically, we called up the hotel to book directly on the same day as arrival (so literally less 8-9 hours of staying at the hotel). We are Accor Plus members (and frequently get privileges in the hotels across the world, i.e. complementary upgrades, late checkouts, breakfasts included, friendly service etc.). Here, the rate that your team gave on the phone was 2x larger than ***********, Trip.com and Accor Plus website rates…. Also, after booking through aggregator, we then wrote email saying that would appreciate complementary upgrade (as Accor Plus members), hotel team ignored that email as well. FYI - there are 3 different categories of rooms available today through aggregators. Hotel team mentioned “we will try our best and put a note”, which clearly they didn’t, as nobody even remembered about this at the checkin. Surprised of such a service at a 5-star hotel!!!
