Friendly Staff, Free Shuttle, Free Breakfast, Spacious Room, Good location

This was my first time staying and it was for a birthday trip . I will say as soon as I walked in I was so happy the room was nice and clean and spacious omg ! I got a room that viewed the city and I think that was my favorite part especially at night . Pretty good wi-fi compared to other hotels I have been in and the staff was very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast was pretty good as well overall . Im from a city area so I pretty much expected what the surroundings of the hotel would be like but it was pretty decent , clean , and quiet. Definitely would come back !

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby could use some updates. “Free flowing” is how it is described and that is not accurate. It was cramped. Our main complaint was about the restaurant. The advertisement of having 24/7 dining is quite misleading. The menu is very limited, seemed to be made next door, quality was poor and did not look like the pictures. The shuttle driver was very friendly and outgoing but the front desk staff were not at all. When we did order food it seemed to be an inconvenience. We also had to find our own silverware from the breakfast area. The location was perfect though in walking distance to downtown restaurants.

Great location and very nice staff; the hotel needs a true renovation, better eating facilities, better parking, and renovated bathrooms.

In town for a NCAA tournament. I arrived at 2:40 pm and was told early check-in is $25 otherwise I must wait until 3 pm exactly. Thought this was odd since I’m a Hyatt member and I’ve stayed at locations all over the U.S. In Hampton a month ago I was told there is no early check-in fee.. if rooms are ready then there is no issue. Anyway, I was told to wait “over there” with the others waiting for 3pm because they wouldn’t pay extra. It felt like a shake down.. definitely not the customer service that I am used to. I was late to my event waiting to drop my bags .. definitely would not stay here again.

Nice comfy bed. Big room. Came with a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Wonderful breakfast. Only bad thing is a very small bathroom. It was tight but updated.

Easy check in and room was great for the price. I was able to check in early which was very convenient. Staff were helpful and nice as well.

Liked the location and proximity/walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in Peachtree area. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Nice, spacious, clean rooms and bathroom. They also provided free shuttle service to anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel and the driver was phenomenal! Great deal for the price!
