Property did not meet our needs. Clearly stated we had three people, even called ahead to make sure they knew we had a late checkin and a double room and were assured we were all set. Upon check in we were given a king bed for three people. After speaking with multiple people about the problem, we were always being told to wait for the next shift. We then were promised a rollaway bed. Never arrived and when inquiring with yet another set of people, was told they didn’t have any available and we never should have been promised one as they were sold out and all extra beds taken but to check back. Finally after four sets of people and a day later, one person finally apologized for the mistake and offered a complimentary breakfast, which we couldn’t use so they said it would be applied to our bill. At checkout, no compensation had been applied and had to talk yet again with a manager and was then only given the $25 resort fee as compensation for three nights of three people sharing one king size bed. Do not recommend this hotel and plan to ask our team booking site to remove them as an option for future stays.
