AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown

Wonderful place

I booked a stay at AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown to participate in the Hot Chocolate Run. I knew from information on the website it was close to Centennial Olympic Park, but I was really excited when I saw how close! I needed to change my reservations the day of arrival, and had no issues making changes even though I'm sure they were seeing an influx thanks to the race and other activities. We were warmly welcomed by the valet service upon arrival and had no issues checking in quickly. All associates working the front desk were very attentive and inviting. Ms. Tracy checked us in and was an absolute gem during our stay! Race day was cold and upon returning to the hotel, Ms. Tracy had hot chocolate with marshmallows out for guests as they were entering or leaving the property. The double queen room was very nice and easily accommodated three adults. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and had a mounted shower head and a rain shower head. I used the rain shower head and it was awesome! My only "complaint" was that the bed looked more comfortable than what it truly was, but it did not deter me enjoying my night's sleep or my stay in general. The property is also walking distance to other great sites in downtown. I truly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning to take advantage of it's central location.

Breakfast selection is not good, not worth the price. Hotel is great and staff very friendly.

Nice hotel right across the street from the Tabernacle. The on site bar open in the evening was very good. Staff was friendly.

My car was parked at the hotel for less than 24 hours and I was charged $84. Ridiculous. Also, the lock on the door of my room was broken. When I complained about it when I checked out the clerk said “oh sorry.”

The AC Downtown Atlanta was wonderful. We loved the location and the room was so nice. We were a group of 3 couples and I was in charge or the hotel reservations. I called to confirm details and talked with Mimi. Mimi is a treasure!! She was so helpful and friendly. I had messed up and reserved 2 sets of reservations and Mimi advised and helped. She checked on both of our friends and gave my husband and I the best greeting when we arrived. We loved the AC but we will come back because of Mimi!

Employee at reception not too friendly but everything else was perfect the room very large the bed very comfortable the room very clean and the hotel close to everything within walking distance (aquarium-Coca-Cola-state Farm Arena)

Always love staying here when I come to Atlanta. Easy access to everything downtown. Staff is friendly. Definitely will be back.
