Hyatt House Atlanta Downtown

This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

酒店靠主幹道，貨車，摩託車高速行駛過的噪音很大。要求更換安靜點的房間，前台服務態度惡劣，沒有想給換的念頭。衞生需要特地提醒才會給打掃。就是早餐還算豐富。

It was great the room was very clean but the breakfast started very late the first morning I was there so I ended up missing it due to my work schedule. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. The hotel room itself was not very clean so I had to clean it before we settled in. Complimentary breakfast was good. Employees were nice, especially the valet staff.

Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Good breakfast and clean facilities. Wifi worked great

Modern hotel with excellent amenities, prime location in ATL, clean, great staff, check in and out experience. Breakfast was included and convenient. Would stay again.

There is a mandatory $45 parking fee I was not aware of. The hotel and room were average, but the bathroom is small. I was looking forward to a hot shower after a long drive, so I was disappointed with very low water pressure and no 'hot' water, it was only warm.

You have to pay a additional 45$ to park at their hotel..Vallet very very rude.....When I showed up for reservations they didnt accept the card....you all already took the money off of my card.... I was almost abandon with no room in a city I know no one.... I drove 6 hours....I called in advance to make sur I was good and still was lied too.This totally ruined everything .... very scary experience 😳

Breakfast was good, cleanliness of the rooms was up to par. The only complain was the 45$ per night valet parking. Appart from that all other services where good
