Very good shape of hotel. Superbly comfortable beds and good and recent, separate bathroom. Staff friendly, hotel very clean and well located. One of the best value for money Ibis Budgets I ever stayed in.

Excellent hôtel. Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle, idéalement calme. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Accueil très sympathique. Parking pratique. Chambre propre. Occupants de l’hôtel bruyants. Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’ibis Budget d’Aubenas, nous dormions au 2e étage dans une chambre familiale, Malheureusement plusieurs enfants (apparemment installés à l’hôtel avec leur famille pour une longue période ?? CF photo) se promènent seuls à toute heure, courent et claquent les portes de leurs chambres en criant... jusque minuit la 1ere nuit, jusque 1h du matin la seconde nuit.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel , nous avons été extrêmement déçus de la propreté de la chambre . Le ménage n’a clairement pas été fait . Des papiers de partout sur le sol de la chambre , de l’urine sous la lunette des toilettes . Nous nous attendons pas à un service royal mais un minimum de ménage . Nous irons dans un bb hôtel là prochaines fois .

Seul soucis reçurent et connu , lorsque on arrive après 21h00 les codes d'accès fourni ne fonctionne pas !!!! Il a fallu s'adresser à la réception de l'hôtel ibis situé en face de l'hôtel ibis budget pour qu'il nous donne des codes d'accès !!!

Erreur dans les dates de notre réservation. Problème résolu grâce au directeur de l'établissement et non à hotel.com. À grand merci à lui.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Les personnes à l'accueil sont agréables. La chambre pour 3 est assez grande avec une bonne literie. Quelques cintres pour suspendre les blousons très appréciable.
Le petit déj est assez varié avec croissant, chocolatine gaufre, œufs durs, pain, brioche, fruits et boissons chaudes variés. Le seul bémol est la taille du parking fermé trop petit. Quand nous sommes rentrés après avoir dîner il n'y avait plus de place dans le parking. Nous avons été obligés de nous garer sur un parking non fermé.
