Love the room and staff service. The aircon wasn't working in our room so the staff changed it for us right away.

Have stayed here 4 times and each time gets better. The staff are super friendly and always able to help with anything you may need. Rooms are clean and everything you would need. This is our go to place in Auckland CBD as the he kitchen facilities really help us too and are of great quality. Thanks again for another great stay

Good location, Reasonable price, Friendly and professional staff. Have a fix price taxi delivery to airport. Room clean and tidy. Full of amenities in the room. Will be back for sure.

The room is huge enough for even 3 people. Kitchen is provided which is quite convenient. However, the breakfast can be imported a little bit as mainly processing food like bacon is provided.

Lifts were intermittent.
The rooms were quite run down and not the cleanest of hotels
